摘要： 本教材为普通高等教育“十三五”规划教材、全国高等院校中西医临床医学专业规划教材之一。全书共13章，第一、二章分别为绪论和儿科学基础，第三章至第十三章分别介绍了各个系统疾病。本教材以“精”“新”“实”为特点，注重体现中西医结合特色，目的是使学生掌握中西医结合儿科学基础知识和技能、中西医结合治疗儿科疾病的思维方式。本教材介绍了儿科临床常见病、多发病及部分疑难病的病因病理、临床表现、实验室及相关检查、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗。结合实验教学，以使学生掌握临床工作的基本操作和基本技能。

摘要： Solitary plexiform neurofibromatosis of the oral cavity is a sporadically reported lesion with extremely rare occurrence in lip. Here in, we present one such rare case in a six year old child and discuss its clinical relevance in view of contemporary literature on the cited subject.

摘要： Background: Although international guidelines recommend discussions about goals of care and treatment options for children with severe and life-limiting conditions, there are still few structured models of paediatric advance care planning. Aim: The study aimed at identifying key components of paediatric advance care planning through direct discussions with all involved parties. Design: The study had a qualitative design with a participatory approach. Participants constituted an advisory board and took part in two transdisciplinary workshops. Data were collected in discussion and dialogue groups and analysed using content analysis. Setting/participants: We included bereaved parents, health care providers and stakeholders of care networks. Results: Key elements were discussions, documentation, implementation, timing and participation of children and adolescents. Parents engage in discussions with facilitators and persons of trust to reach a decision. Documentation constitutes the focus of professionals, who endorse brief recommendations for procedures in case of emergencies, supplemented by larger advance directives. Implementation hindrances include emotional barriers of stakeholders, disagreements between parents and professionals and difficulties with emergency services. Discussion timing should take into account parental readiness. The intervention should be repeated at regular intervals, considering emerging needs and increasing awareness of families over time. Involving children and adolescents in advance care planning remains a challenge. Conclusion: A paediatric advance care planning intervention should take into account potential pitfalls and barriers including issues related to timing, potential conflicts between parents and professionals, ambiguity towards written advance directives, the role of non-medical carers for paediatric advance care planning implementation, the need to involve the child and the necessity of an iterative process.

摘要： The World Health Organization (WHO) Essential Medicines List (EML) informs policy makers about which medications should be prioritized and is particularly important for countries with limited resources. However, the EML lacks vital medicines used in paediatric rheumatology, the inclusion of which could transform the lives of many children around the world.

摘要： The aim of this article is to discuss the diagnosis, management and pitfalls of bony injuries around the skeletally immature knee. Each within their own right is a relatively uncommon injury but associated with potential complications. Distal femoral physeal fractures can result in growth arrest and vascular injury. Tibial spine avulsions can result in an unstable knee. Tibial tubercle fractures can be associated with compartment syndrome and pose a risk to the extensor mechanism of the knee. Fixation can be complicated by growth arrest and subsequent recurvatum deformity. Finally, patella sleeve injuries are often missed and this can also threaten the extensor mechanism. We discuss the approach to clinical and radiological assessment of these injuries, and evidence based recommendations as to how they are best managed to avoid complications. 摘要： Purpose To report the rate and management of intra- and early postoperative complications of bag-in-the-lens intraocular lens (IOL) implantation technique for cataract treatment in paediatric patients of different age groups. Settings Department of Ophthalmology, Justus-Liebig-University Giessen, University Hospital Giessen and Marburg GmbH, Campus Giessen, Giessen, Germany. Design Retrospective non-randomized consecutive case series. Methods Ninety eyes of 60 paediatric cataract patients were enrolled to this retrospective non-randomized observational consecutive case series single-centre study. All patients underwent cataract surgery with bag-in-the-lens IOL implantation between January 2008 and December 2018, performed by two experienced surgeons. The entire cohort was divided into four age groups: first - 0-<3 months, second - 3-<12 months, third - 12-36 months-17 years of age. The intra- and postoperative complications were based on the clinical records. The description of management of complications related specifically to bag-in-the-lens IOL technique was based on the 39 consecutive cases operated since 1 Jan 2016 by one single surgeon that were all video documented. The early postoperative period was defined as 12 months after surgery. Results Overall, there were 27 unilateral and 33 bilateral surgical cases of 24 female and 36 male children. The mean age at surgery was 45.25 months (range 1-200 months). The most common intraoperative events were vitreous prolapse and anterior capsule rupture with 28.9% and 13.3%, respectively. Within 12 months of follow-up, five eyes (5.6%) were re-operated because of visual axis reo-pacification (VAR). Intraocular hypertension was diagnosed in seven eyes (7.8%), including two cases that required surgical treatment. In all cases with intra- and early postoperative complications related specifically to bag-in-the-lens technique, it was possible to manage them and successfully implant bag-in-the-lens IOL.
