摘要： 目的从制剂分析角度进行中药注射剂与生物化学注射剂配伍稳定性研究。方法注射用血栓通(冻干)(XST)分别与注射用脑蛋白水解物(Ⅲ)、小牛血清去蛋白注射液以及骨瓜提取物注射液按临床实际条件进行联合使用,采用2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)柱前衍生HPLC法,测定配伍生物化学制剂中16种氨基酸含量。并以2015版《中国药典》为依据,检查配伍7 h内溶液渗透压、不溶性微粒、粒径、pH值、澄明度、颜色等各项制剂分析指标变化情况,综合评价药物配伍联合使用稳定性变化。结果 XST与3种生物化学药物配伍在7 h内各指标(渗透压、pH值及颜色、澄明度)均保持稳定。与小牛血清去蛋白注射液配伍在生理盐水(NS)和5%葡萄糖注射液(5%GS)中粒径波动均较大,但在NS中配伍1 h内粒径值保持稳定;与骨瓜提取物注射液配伍7 h后,在NS输液基质中,甘氨酸含量略有升高、亮氨酸含量略有下降;在5%GS输液基质中,不溶性微粒数值随时间呈增长趋势,但仍处于合格范围内。结论建议临床XST与小牛血清去蛋白注射液配伍选用NS作为药物溶媒,现用现配,并慢速滴入,观察患者情况;使用XST与骨瓜提取物注射液配伍时建议选用5%GS作为输液剂基质即配即用;为中药注射剂质量再评价和临床合理应用提供理论参考。

摘要： 无论是现在还是未来,生命科学都是研究的重点。当前,我国的教育改革正如火如荼地进行着,尤其在生命科学领域,例如生物、化学。然而,现在的生物化学教学普遍没有将"生命观念"融入平常的教学中,导致学生缺乏透过表面现象分析问题本质的能力,更不用说形成科学的世界观与自然观了。因此,选择"生命观念"视域下的生物化学教学思考与探索为主题,分析当前我国生物化学实验教学的现状,找出生物化学教学中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出实验教学改革与探索的建议,从而促进生物化学教育的不断发展。

摘要： 新媒体资源对教育行业的影响日趋增加,但是高校教育更新相对滞后,我们希望探索生物化学实验微课的新形式,辅助传统实验教学,借助新媒体资源提升学生的学习兴趣,建设学生和教师沟通的新模式。因此,就微课教学模式在生物化学中的应用进行探讨与思考具有重要意义。

摘要： Citrus is an important fruit crop in Bangladesh and its growth is often constrained by salt stress. A polyhouse experiment was conducted to assess salt tolerance of three citrus rootstocks. Six-month-old seedlings of three citrus rootstocks, namely pomelo, Cleopatra mandarin, and calamansi, were irrigated with six concentrations of NaCl (0.75, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 16 dS m(?1)) for 3 months. Seedlings of all citrus rootstocks were significantly affected by salinity of irrigation water. All growth parameters were decreased with increase in salinity level of irrigation water. Based on growth parameters, the seedlings of Cleopatra mandarin were the least affected followed by pomelo and calamansi. The seedlings of Cleopatra mandarin accumulated less Na and Cl, while calamansi accumulated the highest amount of Na and Cl. Chlorophyll content was decreased and proline content was increased with increase in salinity level of irrigation water. Proline content was the highest in the leaves of Cleopatra mandarin with 16 dS m(?1) salinity level followed by pomelo and calamansi. Overall, Cleopatra mandarin and pomelo rootstocks were more tolerant to saline conditions than calamansi rootstock. The relative susceptibility of citrus species to salinity should be taken into consideration for plant breeding programs, and growing of salt-tolerant citrus rootstocks should be promoted in salt-affected soils for better productivity.

摘要： Lippia integrifolia, commonly known as "incayuyo", is a traditional aromatic and medicinal plant that grows wild in northwestern Argentina. Aqueous extracts of this species exert beneficial effects against affections of the gastrointestinal tract, mainly gastric inflammations. Across the wide distribution of L. integrifolia, there is a high variability in the essential oil composition and four chemotypes have been characterized based on the dominant terpenoids in their essential oil composition: trans-nerolidol, lippiafolienone, spathulenol/byciclogermacrene and trans-davanone. In the present work, the morphology, anatomy, chemical constituents and biochemical properties of the aqueous extract of different chemotypes of L. integrifolia were evaluated comparatively. The chemotype whose essential oil is dominated by trans-nerolidol showed significantly higher density of trichomes on the leaves and higher yield in aqueous extractions. Only quantitative variations of dominant metabolites in the aqueous extracts were found among the different chemotypes;those compounds were characterized as 6-methoxyluteolin-O-hexoside, 6-methoxyscutellarein-hexoside, B ring-dimethoxylated flavone-hexoside I, II and lippidulcine-A. In spite of the higher phenolic and flavonoid content, trans-nerolidol chemotype sample presented similar antioxidant properties compared with the other chemotypes. Additionally, the histochemistry of leaves of the trans-nerolidol chemotype was analyzed. The trans-nerolidol chemotype, which grows naturally in the province of La Rioja (Puerto Alegre), presents the best qualities for the medicinal use of the species, due to its higher yield in aqueous extractions and higher phenolic and flavonoid content.

摘要： TTie Ultisols in the Rana de Canamero area in Southwest Spain showed aluminum(Al)phytotoxicity,and the clearance of natural vegetation and decades of intensive conventional agriculture caused the deplation of soil organic matter(SOM).Therefore,we studied the long-term effects of no tillage and liming using sugar beet foam(SF)and red gypsum(RG),alone or in combination,on the restoration of Ultisols affected by acidification,Al phytotoxicity,and SOM *** measured the main soil chemical properties,soil microbial biomass,soil enzyme activities involved in carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus,and sulfur mineralization,and the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).The results indicated that liming effectively neutralized the soil acidity in the long term and,in combination with no tillage,significantly increased soil microbial biomass and enzyme ***-three VOCs were detected using the proton transfer reaction-time of flight(PTR-ToF)technique,and both liming and tillage changed the VOC emission *** greatest difference in VOC emission pattern was observed between no-tilled un-amended soils and tilled lime-amended soils,suggesting the activation of different metabolic pathways within the microbial communities of soils under different *** in VOC emission patterns could be attributed to the decomposition of carbohydrates,which were also sustained by the higher enzyme activities in the lime-amended soils.

摘要： 通过探索建设具有我校生物化学与分子生物学学科特色的“金课”,全面梳理课程教学内容,拓展课程深度,将线上和线下教学的优势结合,弥补传统线下教学的缺点,解决医学相关专业学生在生化学习过程中难度过大问题,培养学生综合基础医学思维能力,有助于提高医学相关专业学生在实际工作中独立地发现问题、解决问题的能力。

摘要： This study was aimed at evaluating the effects of breed, sex and their interactions on aspects of haematology, serum biochemistry and morphometry of healthy pigs at pre- and post-weaning stages of growth (4 and 12 weeks respectively). It was also aimed at predicting the serum biochemical parameters (SBP) that are biomarkers for growth using regression tree method (RTM). Seventy-one crossbred (71 CB) pigs (Landrace × Local pigs) and 21 Local (L) pigs were reared from birth to adult stage, with blood samples and morphometric parameters (MP) taken at pre- and post-weaning stages. The CB pigs had higher values for aspartate transaminase (AST) (serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, SGOT) (P < 0.05) than local ones, while the female animals had higher values (P < 0.05) than the males at pre-weaning stage of growth. At post-weaning stage, the CB breeds also had higher AST (SGOT) values (P < 0.05) than the L breeds, while among the sexes, the males had higher values for WBC, L, mean corpuscular haemoglobin and mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration (P < 0.05) than the female pigs, but the females were higher for N and AST SGOT (P < 0.05) than the males respectively. However, the prediction of SBP using Exhaustive CHAID algorithm of RTM returned 100% prediction in terms of a single terminal node from all the morphometric parameters at both stages of growth. The terminal nodes of the RTM produced mean values of 34.57 UI/L for alkaline phosphate, 29.25 UI/L for AST and 60.27 UI/L for alanine transaminase (ALT) respectively. This implies that the prediction of ALKPOS, AST (SGOT) and ALT (serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase) using the 5 morphometric traits measured is not significant as no single node was linked to them. Although the node values reported for them are within the range of 0–40 IU/L for healthy pigs, the values for ALT are above this range. Therefore, individual contributions from the morphometric traits could not predict any SBP as the model returned zero n

摘要： This study was designed to compare biochemical characteristics in fruit, leaf and shoot bark among some Iranian pomegranate genotypes to determine for any probable correlation between different parts. Twenty genotypes were used in this experiment and biochemical characteristics such as vitamin C, anthocyanin, total phenolic content (TPC), titratable acidity (TA) and total soluble carbohydrate (TSC) were evaluated in leaf, arils, fruit peel, and shoot bark separately. Results of correlation analysis showed that there was significant correlation among anthocyanin, vitamin C, and TPC of arils with anthocyanin (r = 0.93), vitamin C (r = 0.90), and TPC (r = 0.95) of the leaf, respectively. Also, a positive correlation was observed between TA, vitamin C, anthocyanin, and TPC of arils with TSC of the shoot bark. Based on obtained results from this study, biochemical traits of the leaf such as anthocyanin, vitamin C and TPC can be used as a biochemical marker to determine superior genotypes in juvenile phase of plants.
