随着我国高等教育事业的蓬勃发展,社会对高校行政管理工作提出了更高的要求。作为高校运行的重要支柱,高校行政管理人员在行政办公事务和学生管理等方面承担着繁重的任务,长期工作负荷偏大、复杂多变的环境以及个人职业发展的不确定性等因素,导致部分高校行政管理人员出现不同程度的职业倦怠现象。为避免职业倦怠,进一步激发高校行政管理人员的工作热情和创造力,通过问卷调查等方式对职业倦怠的表征进行了解,分析其深层次原因,并提出切实可行的解决策略,为推动我国高等教育机构进行人事管理体制改革提供实践参考。With the vigorous development of higher education in our country, society has put forward higher requirements for the administrative management of universities. As an important pillar of university operation, administrative personnel bear heavy tasks in administrative office affairs and student management. Long term and extensive work, complex and ever-changing environments, and uncertainty in personal career development have led to varying degrees of occupational burnout among some administrative staff in universities. To avoid occupational burnout and further stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of administrative personnel in universities, this study aims to understand the manifestations of occupational burnout through questionnaire surveys and other methods, analyze its underlying causes, and propose practical and feasible solution strategies, which providing practical references for promoting personnel management system reform in higher education institutions in China.
