In this case, different cultures, different customs and habits, language and other obstacles will affect the communication and exchange between the two countries. Therefore, this cross-border cultural exchange is also affected. At present, with the social progress and the continuous economic development, Cross-border communication is becoming more and more frequent and close. Therefore, talents in cross-border cultural communication are also in great need. or the improper cultivation methods, the cultivation of cross-cultural communicative competence in junior high school stage is only on paper and has not been implemented. After the introduction of the new curriculum standards for the all-round development of quality education, there are also clear requirements and regulations for the cultivation of junior high school students' transnational cultural communication ability. However, there is still a certain distance between the current teaching content and model and the curriculum requirements. Therefore, it is an inevitable teaching practice to take some practical and effective methods to cultivate junior high school students' transnational cultural communication ability in light of the new curriculum standards.
