随着全球化和互联网技术的快速发展,跨境电子商务迅速崛起,成为推动全球经济增长的新动力。然而,这一新兴贸易模式也对消费者权益保护带来了新的挑战。本文从跨境电子商务的视角出发,深入分析了消费者权益保护的现状和存在的问题,包括知情权、选择权、隐私权与数据安全、公平交易权以及跨境纠纷解决机制等方面。文章探讨了国际法律框架和区域立法在消费者权益保护方面的差异,并评估了中国的立法与政策。最后,提出了完善我国跨境电子商务消费者权益保护的策略建议,包括立法完善、消费者教育与意识提升、跨境在线争议解决机制(ODR)的构建与完善,以及国际合作与协调机制的加强。本文旨在为政策制定者、电商企业和消费者提供有益参考,以促进跨境电子商务的健康发展和消费者权益的全面保护。With the rapid development of globalization and Internet technology, cross-border e-commerce has risen rapidly and become a new driving force for global economic growth. However, this emerging trade model also poses new challenges to consumer protection. From the perspective of cross-border e-commerce, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of consumer rights protection, including the right to know, the right to choose, the right to privacy and data security, the right to fair trade and the cross-border dispute resolution mechanism. The article discusses the differences between international legal frameworks and regional legislation in the protection of consumer rights and interests, and assesses China’s legislation and policies. Finally, it puts forward some strategic suggestions to improve the protection of consumers’ rights and interests in cross-border e-commerce in China, including legislation perfection, consumer education and awareness improvement, construction and improvement of cross-border online dispute resolution mechanism (ODR), and strengthening of international cooperation and coordination mechanism. This paper aims to provide a useful reference for policy makers, e-commerce companies and consumers to promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce and the comprehensive protection of consumer rights.
