摘要： In this work, we explore video frame inpainting, a task that lies at the intersection of general video inpainting, frame interpolation, and video prediction. Although our problem can be addressed by applying methods from other video interpolation or extrapolation tasks, doing so fails to leverage the additional context information that our problem provides. To this end, we devise a method specifically designed for video frame inpainting that is composed of two modules: a bidirectional video prediction module and a temporally-aware frame interpolation module. The prediction module makes two intermediate predictions of the missing frames, each conditioned on the preceding and following frames respectively, using a shared convolutional LSTM-based encoder-decoder. The interpolation module blends the intermediate predictions by using time information and hidden activations from the video prediction module to resolve disagreements between the predictions. Our experiments demonstrate that our approach produces smoother and more accurate results than state-of-the-art methods for general video inpainting, frame interpolation, and video prediction.

摘要： 在大数据时代,计算机的应用范围逐渐扩大。也正是因此,计算机科学与技术开始广泛受到人们的关注。计算机科学正在一步一步走进人们的生活中,改变人们原有的生活方式。除此之外,不同人群对计算机也有着不同的需求。笔者就计算机兴起原因、发展进程以及个人计算机应用的主要类型进行探讨,研究计算机科学与技术的在未来的发展趋势及走向,希望能够为相关研究提供借鉴。

摘要： In this study, an event-driven state estimator is designed for stochastic systems that contain unknown inputs and processes as well as correlated measurement noise. First, the event-triggered state estimator's gain is deduced by using the random stability theory and Lyapunov's function. Then, based on the results, the corresponding state estimation errors are calculated in mean square convergence. Second, the corresponding unknown inputs are inhibited by using output errors of the estimator. In addition, the corresponding event-driven transmission strategy is designed by using a quadratic performance index, which guarantees a good balance between the estimation error and the data transmission rate as well as prolonged service life of the sensor battery. Finally, numerical simulation tests verify that the designed event-driven state estimator can estimate the system's state effectively and extend the sensor's battery life by approximately 48%. The proposed algorithm also leads to reduced utilization of network resources to some degree.

摘要： Cloud storage auditing schemes for shared data refer to checking the integrity of cloud data shared by a group of users. User revocation is commonly supported in such schemes, as users may be subject to group membership changes for various reasons. Previously, the computational overhead for user revocation in such schemes is linear with the total number of file blocks possessed by a revoked user. The overhead, however, may become a heavy burden because of the sheer amount of the shared cloud data. Thus, how to reduce the computational overhead caused by user revocations becomes a key research challenge for achieving practical cloud data auditing. In this paper, we propose a novel storage auditing scheme that achieves highly-efficient user revocation independent of the total number of file blocks possessed by the revoked user in the cloud. This is achieved by exploring a novel strategy for key generation and a new private key update technique. Using this strategy and the technique, we realize user revocation by just updating the non-revoked group users' private keys rather than authenticators of the revoked user. The integrity auditing of the revoked user's data can still be correctly performed when the authenticators are not updated. Meanwhile, the proposed scheme is based on identity-base cryptography, which eliminates the complicated certificate management in traditional Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems. The security and efficiency of the proposed scheme are validated via both analysis and experimental results.

摘要： Many complex systems can be modeled as temporal networks with time-evolving connections. The influence of their characteristics on epidemic spreading is analyzed in a susceptible-infected-susceptible epidemic model illustrated by the discrete-time Markov chain approach. We develop the analytical epidemic thresholds in terms of the spectral radius of weighted adjacency matrix by averaging temporal networks, e.g., periodic, nonperiodic Markovian networks, and a special nonperiodic non-Markovian network (the link activation network) in time. We discuss the impacts of statistical characteristics, e.g., bursts and duration heterogeneity, as well as time-reversed characteristic on epidemic thresholds. We confirm the tightness of the proposed epidemic thresholds with numerical simulations on seven artificial and empirical temporal networks and show that the epidemic threshold of our theory is more precise than those of previous studies.

摘要： Ensuring the preservation of security is a key requirement and challenge for Service-Based Systems (SBS) due to the use of third party software services not operating under different security perimeters. In this paper, we present an approach for verifying the security properties of SBS workflows and adapting them if such properties are not preserved. Our approach uses secure service composition patterns. These patterns encode proven dependencies between service level and workflow level security properties. These dependencies are used in reasoning processes supporting the verification of SBS workflows with respect to workflow security properties and their adaptation in ways that guarantee the properties if necessary. Our approach has been implemented by extending the Eclipse BPEL Designer and validated experimentally. The experimental evaluation has produced positive results, indicating that even for complex workflows and large sets of secure service composition patterns, verification can be performed efficiently.
