摘要： 新时代背景下大学生的就业形势更加严峻,就业压力也是前所未有地增加。高校作为人才培养的主阵地,如何更新和完善就业指导体系、增强大学生就业意识、丰富大学生就业知识、提高大学生就业能力是值得思考的问题。对于正处在转型中的应用型本科院校,如何在转型的大背景下,结合"三全育人"理念构建就业指导体系更值得深思。本文通过对白城师范学院计算机科学学院2019届毕业生进行数据统计和信息回馈,结合近几年白城师范学院计算机科学学院毕业生就业、择业情况的具体分析,就学院管理所存在的问题提出了相关建议,并结合该院实际做法,构建"三全育人"理念下的应用型本科院校毕业生就业指导体系。

摘要： This paper presents an optimal method for optimizing network reconfiguration (NR) problems in a power dis- tribution system (PDS) for the purpose of power loss reduction and voltage profile (VP) improvement. Further- more, a modified algorithm was presented to address this problem in order to provide a more efficient PDS. Various works which used NR to improve VP and reduce power loss were discussed and summarized in detail. In particular, a modified Selective particle swarm optimization (SPSO) method was used for NR in existing networks considering different loading conditions. The main objective of this study is to minimize real power losses and enhance VP of a distribution system using the proposed SPSO method. The SPSO method was programmed in MATLAB R2016b software and tested using IEEE 33 -bus radial distribution system (RDS). The obtained test re- sults show that the real power was enhanced by 99.341%, 97.289%, and 95.389% for the light, normal, and heavy load conditions, respectively. Also, the minimum voltage level in the worst case was significantly enhanced from 0.8841 p.u. to 0.9510 p.u. Towards the end, a comparative analysis of the proposed SPSO with existing methods for distribution network reconfiguration (DNR) is presented. The comparative results show that the proposed SPSO was found to be more efficient in reducing voltage deviation (VD) and power losses in the system.

摘要： First-year courses have been used to bolster college student success, but empirical evidence on their efficacy is mixed. We investigated whether a first-year science of learning course, focused on self-regulated learning, would benefit first-generation college students. We randomly assigned students to a treatment condition involving enrollment in the course, a comparison condition in which students had access to online course materials only, or a control condition. From this larger study, we recruited 43 students to participate in a laboratory task involving learning about the circulatory system with a computer. We found that treatment and comparison students experienced greater changes in conceptual knowledge than the control group, and we found differences in the enactment of monitoring and strategy use across conditions.

摘要： The main scope of our study is to analyse the sociological and psychological resources of the pedagogical communication employed at the level of didactic message, exploited from the perspective of computer science approached as a model of applied philosophy. The structure of the didactic message is pedagogically fixed at the level of the correlation between student acquired knowledge and his positive formation. From the computer science perspective, it is necessary to analyse the sociological (cultural) and psychological (cognitive and noncognitive) resources of the information. This information included in the school programs, must be related to the competences that include in their structure three categories, defined in terms of knowledge: theoretical, applied, conditional. The transformation of knowledge into special informatic resources, with a positive formative value, requires their transforming within an ascending informatic process. It involves the following actions: a) transformation of data into information; b) assembling information at the database level, by creating and using algorithms and graphs; c) correlation of information integrated into the database at the network level, applicable in open contexts; d) continuous improvement of the results under conditions of external inverse connection (realized by the educator, the teacher) and internal (realized by the educated, the student). 摘要： General traffic analysis based on deep packet inspection (DPI) techniques at switches cannot grasp the detailed knowledge of network applications going into internal switches, and the statistics-based reports of switches lack flow-level recognition of the traffic. Besides, DPI is generally expensive and has limited performance. Therefore, network-wise accurate flow-awareness by packet sampling is highly desirable for fine-grained quality of service guarantee, internal network management, traffic engineering, security analysis, and so on. In this paper, we propose a Spatial-Temporal Collaborative Sampling (STCS) framework in the flow-aware software-defined networks (SDNs). Particularly, considering the spatial-temporal factors and limits of network resources, the formulated STCS problem aims to maximize the network-wise sampling accuracy of flows including mice flows and elephant flows by characterizing both of the comprehensive influences of switches and the effects on sampling accuracy imposed by the collaborative strategy among switches in the spatial-temporal dimension. We propose a suboptimal approach to address the complex STCS problem in two steps: 1) Top-K switch selection based on the iterative comprehensive influence, and 2) sampling time slot allocation based on the local value maximization. Trace-driven evaluation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework on improving the sampling accuracy and reducing redundant packets.

摘要： Dynamic social networking has always been the focus of the social network research, and a large number of effective community detection algorithms have been developed. However, as the real social networks are difficult to access, it is also difficult to evaluate the effectiveness of the community detection algorithms on dynamic social networks. Existing dynamic social network generators only focus on edge or node changes, whereas the quality of the community structure (modularity) is not considered. We propose a time-evolving social network generator based on modularity (TESNG-M). In TESNG-M, according to the community partition of the original network, the evolutionary behavior is simulated by adding or deleting nodes and flipping edges so that a static social network with a specified modularity will be generated. By repeating the static generation process, we obtain a dynamic social network with a specified partition and modularity at each time step. Thus, the network generated by TESNG-M can effectively simulate a real dynamic social network and be used for community detection. Furthermore, the specified modularity of static synthetic networks and the dynamic modularity of dynamic synthetic networks could be regarded as the performance baseline of community detection algorithms in static and dynamic social networks, respectively.

摘要： A sponsored content policy enables a content provider (CP) to pay a network service provider (SP), and thereby mobile users (MUs) can access contents from the CP through network services from the SP with a lower charge. Thus, more users want to access the contents which potentially generates more profit gain to the CP. In this article, we study the interactions among three entities under the sponsored content policy, namely, the network SP, which is referred to as SP for brevity, the CP and MUs. We model the interactions as a hierarchical Stackelberg game, where the SP and the CP act as the leaders determining the pricing and sponsoring strategies, respectively, and the MUs act as the followers deciding on their content demand. The model incorporates the network effects in a social domain and congestion in a network domain which enables us to obtain insights from the sponsored content policy. In the model, we investigate the mutual interplay between the SP and the CP in three scenarios: 1) sequential competition, where the SP first optimizes its pricing strategy for maximizing its revenue, and then the CP optimizes its sponsoring strategy for maximizing its profit sequentially;2) simultaneous competition, where the CP and the SP optimize their individual strategies separately and simultaneously;and 3) cooperation, where both providers jointly optimize their strategies with the purpose of maximizing their aggregate payoff. Through backward induction, we derive the unique Nash equilibrium among the MUs. Furthermore, the existence and uniqueness of the Stackelberg equilibrium under three proposed scenarios are validated analytically. Via extensive simulations, it is shown that the network effects significantly improve the utilities of MUs, the profit of the CP, and the revenue of the SP.

摘要： The purpose of this research was to examine college students' conceptions of learning computer science and approaches to learning computer science and to examine the relationships among these two important constructs and possible moderating factors. Student data (N = 193) were collected using the conceptions of learning computer science and the approaches to learning computer science surveys at one public research institution in the southeastern United States. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Confirmatory Factor Analysis models, internal consistency reliability, Pearson correlations, stepwise multiple regression models, and Multivariate Analysis of Variance models. The results suggest that college students most favorably employ a deep strategy approach for learning computer science in which prior knowledge is activated and meaningful learning strategies are used. College students appear to be more extrinsically motivated to learn computer science than intrinsically. Higher level learning conceptions are associated with a deep strategy approach to learning (e.g., Seeing in a new way) whereas low-level conceptions are associated with a surface strategy (e.g., Memorizing) approach to learning. Male college students have slightly higher conceptions of programming than their female counterparts. The findings are discussed and both limitations and delimitations of the study are enumerated.
