摘要： Multiview multilabel (MVML) learning deals with objects with diverse feature vectors and rich semantics. Existing methods are built on a shared latent space among multiple views. However, they do not well capture semantic consistency and view interactions. What's more, they neglect different contributions of each view to multilabel learning. To address these issues, a novel Personalized RElation rEfinement Network (PREEN) is proposed to sufficiently exploit associated relationships. First, common and specific information is learned in an adversarial way to prevent them from interfering with each other. Then, we adapt the standard transformer to capture cross-view interactions. Similarly, we design label-specific transformers to model label-view dependence, which associates each label with relevant views separately. Eventually, we develop an interlabel attention mechanism to exploit label correlations and refine complementary information from other labels dynamically. Extensive experiments on one real and seven public MVML datasets validate the effectiveness of our proposed PREEN.

摘要： Background The "Primary Immunodeficiencies (PIDs) principles of care" were published in 2014 as the gold standard for care of patients with PIDs, setting a common goal for stakeholders to ensure that patients with PID have access to appropriate care and good quality of life. Since then, IPOPI (the International Patient Organisation for Primary Immunodeficiencies), has been working with national PID patient organisations as well as collaborating with scientific and medical institutions and experts to bring these principles closer to the day-to-day life of individuals with PIDs. Method The six PID Principles of Care were revised to consider advances in the field, as well as political developments that had occurred after their initial publication in 2014. Based on this revision the list was updated, and a new principle was added. The six established principles were: diagnosis, treatment, universal health coverage, specialised centres, national patient organisations and registries. Each principle was structured and measured through a series of criteria, and was given the same weight, as they have been considered to all be equally important. Specific weights were attributed to the criteria depending on their relevance and importance to quantify the principle. The index was translated into a survey for data collection: initially involving data from selected countries for a pilot, followed by integration of data from IPOPI's national member organisations and key countries. Results The PID Life Index was developed in 2020 to assess the status of the PID environment and the implementation of the 6 principles worldwide. The Index allows for benchmarking countries either according to a set of principles and criteria or based on the user's preferences. This can be displayed in an interactive map or through a data visualisation system. Conclusion The PID Life Index has been developed successfully and has potential to become an important source of information for PID stakeholders

摘要： This paper reviews the impact of cement industry towards the global environment and solutions to the problem. The increasing harvesting of raw materials for mounting cement manufacturing causes reduction in quantity of the non-renewable resources such as limestone. The activities linked to harvesting of the resources from natural surroundings, damages the green landscape which is the habitat of flora and fauna exposing to the risk of ecological imbalance. The continuous reaping of these precious resources, exposes it to the risk of depletion in future. Furthermore, the raw materials processing phases in the factory releases dust, noises, greenhouse gases especially carbon dioxide that contaminates the environment and aggravates the climate change. These uninvited environmental issues cause distress to the lifestyle of mankind. Therefore, enhancing the manufacturing technology of cement plant for cleaner production is one of the resolutions to this issue. Approach of using industrial waste as supplementary cementitious material or cement free concrete also would reduce dependency on cement demand. Success in utilizing other alternative material which production consumes lesser natural resources, economic and has lesser harm to the nature to act as binder in concrete would contribute to sustainable and healthier environment for future generation.

摘要： The location of participants in Location-based CrowdSensing (LCS) represents important information for task completion. Tasks in areas with high concentration of participants (AHCP) can be completed quickly, whereas task completion is difficult in areas with sparse participants (ASP). Incentive mechanisms are necessary to motivate participants to move toward ASP. Previous studies have faced two main problems. First, most incentive mechanisms assume that participant motivation is not affected by external factors. Second, when participants fail to complete tasks, only the cost of the participant is considered the loss. However, reference effect from behavioral economics proves that participants are influenced by both internal and external factors. Furthermore, loss aversion studies have shown that participant evaluations of loss are more severe than simple costs. Therefore we propose an incentive mechanism based on behavioral economics (IBE) consisting of two schemes for participant selection (IBE-PS) and payment decisions (IBE-PD). Based on reference effect, IBE-PS is proposed to control the task selection and pricing of participants. Based on loss aversion, IBE-PD is proposed to encourage participants to complete tasks in ASP many times. Theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that IBE can improve the task completion rate, the participant utility, and the platform welfare.

摘要： Performing a literature review is a critical first step in research to understanding the state-of-the-art and identifying gaps and challenges in the field. A systematic literature review is a method which sets out a series of steps to methodically organize the review. In this paper, we present a guide designed for researchers and in particular early-stage researchers in the computer-science field. The contribution of the article is the following: • Clearly defined strategies to follow for a systematic literature review in computer science research, and • Algorithmic method to tackle a systematic literature review.

摘要： We introduce a new research area in visual analytics (VA) aiming to bridge existing gaps between methods of interactive machine learning (ML) and eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), on one side, and human minds, on the other side. The gaps are, first, a conceptual mismatch between ML/XAI outputs and human mental models and ways of reasoning, and second, a mismatch between the information quantity and level of detail and human capabilities to perceive and understand. A grand challenge is to adapt ML and XAI to human goals, concepts, values, and ways of thinking. Complementing the current efforts in XAI towards solving this challenge, VA can contribute by exploiting the potential of visualization as an effective way of communicating information to humans and a strong trigger of human abstractive perception and thinking. We propose a cross-disciplinary research framework and formulate research directions for VA.

摘要： How to improve the repair performance of erasure-coded storage is a critical issue for maintaining high reliability of modern large-scale storage systems. Locally repairable codes (LRC) are one popular family of repair-efficient erasure codes that mitigate the repair bandwidth and are deployed in practice. To adapt to the changing demands of access efficiency and fault tolerance, modern storage systems also conduct frequent scaling operations on erasure-coded data. In this article, we analyze the optimal trade-off between the repair and scaling performance of LRC in clustered storage systems. Specifically, we focus on two optimal repair-scaling trade-offs, and design placement strategies that operate along the two optimal repair-scaling trade-off curves subject to the fault tolerance constraints. We prototype and evaluate our placement strategies on a LAN testbed, and show that they outperform the conventional placement schemes in repair and scaling operations.
