摘要： Purpose - Conferences bring scientists together and provide one of the most timely means for disseminating new ideas and cutting-edge works. The importance of conferences in many scientific areas is testified by quantitative indexes. The main goal of this paper is to investigate a novel research question: is there any correlation between the impact of scientific conferences and the venue where they took place? Design/methodology/approach - To measure the impact of conferences, the authors conducted a large scale analysis on the bibliographic data extracted from 3,838 Computer Science conference series and over 2.5 million papers spanning more than 30 years of research. To quantify the "touristicity" of a venue, the authors exploited indexes about the attractiveness of a venue from reports of the World Economic Forum, and have extracted four country-wide and two city-wide touristic indexes, which measure the attractiveness and the touristicity of any country or city. Findings - The authors found out that the two aspects are related, and the correlation with conference impact is stronger when considering country-wide touristic indexes, achieving a correlation value of more than 0.5 when considering the average citations, and more than 0.8 when considering the total citations. Moreover the almost linear correlation with the Tourist Service Infrastructure index attests the specific importance of tourist/accommodation facilities in a given country. Research limitations/implications - There are two main limitations of this work: (1) the use of citations to evaluate the attractiveness of the conferences and (2) the difficulty to formally define the touristic attractiveness of a venue. Practical implications - Starting from the results concerning the correlation between different touristicity indicators and the outcome of a conference in terms of citations, it would be possible to support conference organizers in their decisions. 摘要： 针对高校教师教学发展评价复杂、缺乏客观有效评价标准的现状,基于全国本科院校教师教学发展指数理论模型,以计算机学科教师为研究对象,根据计算机学科特点,科学构建了计算机学科教师教学发展评价指标体系。评价指标体系包括教学团队、教改项目、教材项目、教学论文、教学成果奖、教师培训、教师教学竞赛等7个一级指标及14个二级指标。选取浙江省一所高校的计算机学科教师开展个案研究,结果表明,评价标准具有信效度高、指标内容覆盖全面、数据来源客观等特征,可用于评价和诊断计算机学科教师的教学发展水平及状况。

摘要： 伴随着乡村振兴战略和乡村教育改革的融合推进,新生代乡村教师已成为乡村社会转型发展的中流砥柱和高质量教育实现的新生力量。然而,因其特殊经历,他们表现出社会身份游离不定、学校身份他者规训、班级身份统整无力、职业价值使命迷茫等行为,并产生自身作为乡村教师身份迷失的困境。新生代乡村教师身份获得是一个不断学习、反思和建构的过程,是多层次的,受到社会制度文化环境的失衡、乡村学校组织行为文化的封闭、乡村班级教学的特殊能力欠缺、乡土意识使命的缺失等多种因素的影响。要重建新生代乡村教师身份,应该朝着筑实良好公共制度文化环境的保障、构建乡村学校组织行为的开放互助体制、培育新生代乡村教师扎根乡村的特殊教学能力、激发新生代乡村教师奉献乡村的教育使命等之间保持协调来努力。

摘要： 在我国双教融合背景下对人才培养提出了新的要求,校外实习实践课程作为毕业前培养体系中最后一个环节,也是提升学生实践能力最重要的教学环节,然而我国大学生实践能力培养的薄弱之处主要体现在此环节。故在借鉴加拿大Co-op实习体系基础上,结合计算机科学与技术专业发展情况,建设符合我国产教融合背景以及人才培养需求的Co-op实习体系。高校充分发挥企业与学生之间桥梁作用,建立“学校-企业-学生”三位一体匹配机制,不断提升企业与学生之间双向选择契合度。高校积极引入政府与企业资源,并将其合理安排到教学体系中。让政府、企业、高校和学生四者有机结合,发挥各自的优势与作用,为高校学生提供大学四年全周期贯穿式培养体系,更好地提升学生实习实践质量。

摘要： 对计算机大类专业的实验课程、课程设计、实习实训和毕业设计四类实践课程进行课程思政教学设计,构建“四阶段+三维度+四目标”的课程思政教学体系,通过知识技能训练、过程方法养成、情感认同和价值观塑造四个阶段的课程思政教育,培养具有较高人文素养、科学素养和职业素养的全面发展的新工科人才.

摘要： 黑龙江省绥棱县的绥棱黑陶在我国黑陶发展史中占有重要的地位。绥棱黑陶文化产业的发展还存在着许多问题,如绥棱黑陶文化产业发展不够成熟、绥棱黑陶产品品牌策略不够完善、从事绥棱黑陶生产与销售的专业人员数量不足等。政府部门与地方高校应协同合作制定相应的措施,传承与发展绥棱黑陶文化,助力文化产业发展。与此同时,绥棱黑陶的行业从业者需要强化品牌意识,利用数字媒体技术与网络平台宣传绥棱黑陶产品,从而进一步发展和扩大绥棱黑陶的市场影响力。

摘要： 从19世纪初开始,被称为“霍屯督维纳斯”的萨拉·巴特曼成为黑人女性性欲客体和商品化的对象,并充当了19世纪黑人女性他者性的中心模式。在众多关于巴特曼的文学作品中,小说和戏剧一直是研究的热点,也是引起关注最多的文学领域。相比之下,关于巴特曼的诗歌却鲜有关注。本文从公众凝视、医学凝视、对抗凝视的视角对诗歌作品中的巴特曼形象进行解读,审视“黑色维纳斯”刻板形象的生产过程,解释其背后的文化、种族、意识形态、认知方式的对立和冲突,并在凝视的权力关系下思考书写权力和再现伦理等深层次的问题。

摘要： The article deals with the history and the background of the information technology (IT) industry, its high ambitions and its current state. Beginning with the ARPANET (Advanced Research Projects Agency Network), a computer-based military communication project, the incredibly fast technical development enabled ubiquitous real-time information availability and exchange starting in the 1970s. The current state of this unique scientific and economic success story is investigated based on six original guiding principles.

摘要： Most judicial, regulatory, and administrative systems, at least formally, are concerned with the fairness and transparency of their decisions concerning the public. Fairness and transparency of criminal justice operations are critical to creating trust in the legal system and assuring people that the larger social system is legitimate and worthy of support. However, deviations from objective and fair decision-making can be concealed when key actors who are responsible for deciding outcomes in their organizations are also responsible for collecting, assembling, evaluating, and presenting the information on which their decisions are based. Under these conditions such systems are at risk of what we term "endogenous system bias," where data are acquired and altered in ways to justify desired outcomes that are neither fair nor transparent. The purpose of this paper is to: (1) develop a general model of decision-making constraints that can produce endogenous system bias, (2) review research on endogenous system bias at two key decision stages in one institution: the criminal justice system and (3) conduct an empirical examination of the potential effect of endogenous system bias on law enforcement investigations and prosecutorial charging in a sample of criminal homicide cases in the USA. Implications for law, policy, and social scientific methodology are discussed.

摘要： Criminalistics is another name for forensic science. It uses science in a criminal investigation as governed by judicial criteria of acceptable, relevant, and admissible evidence and criminal procedure. Forensic science has been around for a long time and has seen considerable changes, from fingerprint identification to DNA analysis and digital forensics. The study focuses on the most critical technologies in forensic science, then deconstructs numerous computer vision, image processing, and fuzzy logic methodologies in the large subject of forensic research. It also addresses the prospects for using the technology in approaches ranging from biometric identification to a 3D reconstruction of a crime scene. To some extent, adopting the numerous methodologies outlined in the paper helps overcome the disadvantages and challenges of traditional forensics procedures. Furthermore, some constraints are taken into account. For example, in various ways, the primary evidence is pre-processed and translated to an intermediate or more lucid form before the crux algorithms are applied. As a result, there is still plenty of room for research in this subject, such as developing solid algorithms, making the technology accept raw data, etc. If utilized correctly, forensic science technology has the potential to affect a paradigm shift in the criminal justice system. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.
