摘要： Landscape garden design is an important design foundation course for undergraduate students of landscape architecture in China, but the current classroom teaching has the problem of limited spatial dimension of the course. This paper proposes a virtual scene model construction method through the computer software with the creation of the need to display the scene. This virtual reality technology has immersive, interactive, and risque characteristics. This paper focuses on the key points of virtual reality technology, discusses the specific implementation method of virtual reality technology in the "landscape garden design" course, and introduces the interactive control principle. The results of the research show that virtual reality technology to assist teaching can cultivate students' spatial thinking and enhance students' spatial simulation experience, greatly reducing the cost of traditional teaching.

摘要： An essential element of association rules is the strong confidence values that depend onthe support value threshold, which determines the optimum number of datasets. The existing method fordetermining the support value threshold is carried out manually by trial and error;the user determinesa support value such as 10%, 30%, or 60% according to their instincts. If the support value thresholdis inappropriate, it produces useless frequent patterns, overburdens computer resources, and wastes *** formula for predicting the maximum count of frequent patterns was 2n- 1, wherenis the number ofdistinct items in the dataset. This paper proposes a new SDFP-growth algorithm that does not require manualdetermination of the support threshold value. The SDFP-growth algorithm will perform dimensionalityreduction on the original dataset that will generate level 1 and level 2 smaller datasets, thus automaticallyproducing a dataset with an optimum amount of data with a minimum support value threshold. The proposedformula for predicting the maximum number of frequent patterns will become2(|A|)- 1, which is|A|willalways be smaller thann. Experiments were performed on five various datasets, which reduced the numberof data dimensions by more than 3% on the Level 1 dataset and more than 69% on the Level 2 datasetby maintaining the confidence value of the strong rules. In the execution time evaluated, we found anoptimization of more than 2% on the level 1 dataset and more than 94% on the level 2 dataset.

摘要： The fast development of vehicle technology and the appearance of 5G networks have brought new opportunities as well as challenges for vehicular fog computing. On the one hand, these advances would bring a safer, more efficient, and comfortable car onto our roads;but on the other, they open up huge security and privacy vulnerabilities. Current solutions typically offer inadequate security coverage, rendering vehicular networks susceptible to diverse attacks. We present a first holistic solution that combines entity authentication with privacy preservation in 5G-enabled vehicular fog computing. A novel feature obfuscation involves the vehicle request messages at an early stage and employs advanced cryptographic methods, rendering any potential attacks much more challenging while preventing even a Trusted Authority (TA) from inferring their underlying purpose. This scheme not only maximizes request communication, reduces interaction and computational overhead but also lessens the dependency on TA thus making it more scalable as well as resilient. Theoretical and simulation results show the merits of this protocol in reducing verification latency, and packet loss rate along with computation overheads as well as communication overhead. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed protocol against existing approaches to provide privacy and security for vehicular communications. The work thus adds to the body of knowledge taking vehicular communication in 5G capable networks a step forward enhancing secured and efficient operation ensuring more secure roads that deliver their contextual alerts setting new standards for safety levels within any existing vehicular network as well.

摘要： In recent years, large language models (LLMs) have been employed significantly in different domains of computing education. Nevertheless, these models have been focused on essential adherence to their integration as coding assistants in computing education. However, attention has been switched to thoroughly examining and analyzing LLM behavior, particularly in computing education for programming tasks such as code generation, code explanation, and programming error message explanation. Therefore, it becomes imperative to understand their behavior to examine potential pitfalls. This article addresses this gap systematically and details how different LLM-based coding chatbots, such as ChatGPT, Codex, Copilot, and others, react to various coding inputs within computing education. To achieve this objective, we collected and analyzed articles from 2021 to 2024, and 72 studies were thoroughly examined. These objectives include investigating the existing limitations and challenges associated with utilizing these systems for coding tasks, assessing their responses to prompts containing coding syntax, examining the impact of their output on student learning, and evaluating their performance as debugging tools. The findings of this review highlight that it is premature to incorporate these systems into computing education due to their limitations that may limit their effectiveness as comprehensive coding assistants for computer science students. These limitations include issues with handling prompts containing code snippets, potential negative impacts on student learning, limited debugging capabilities, and other ineffectiveness. The finding also reports multiple research directions that can be considered in future research related to LLMs in computing education.

摘要： Blended learning is the latest and inevitable trend in the development of education. Although blended learning research is on the rise, fewer studies examine the learning behaviour of college students in blended learning environments. This study aimed to investigate the learning behaviours of students in the field of computer science and examine these behaviours using data mining algorithms, taking the teaching practice of the Digital Signal Processing course as a case study. A total of 18 behavioural indicators were extracted and divided into three categories: basic learning behaviours, self-regulated learning behaviours, and extended learning behaviours. Data analysis of the behavioural indicators yielded the following conclusions: (1) Students did not have the habit of watching course playback and were less receptive to multiple online learning platforms;(2) Students' midterm performance and duration of livestream watching directly affected their basic learning behaviours, with all indicators of self-regulated and extended learning behaviours showing significant correlations;(3) The clustering of learning behaviours yielded four different learner patterns, which calls for personalised teaching strategies;(4) The random forest algorithm had an accuracy of 95.4% in predicting performance of the four types of learners.

摘要： Rainey Bethea’s execution in Kentucky in 1936 was the last legal public hanging in the US. Although some aspects of Bethea’s death were typical of hangings of Black men in the Jim Crow South, this execution became a spectacle. It drew crowds of up to 20,000 people and national media attention, largely because a white woman was charged with hanging Bethea. The county sheriff, Florence Thompson, breached women’s traditional roles under Jim Crow as executioner rather than victim. As a result, it sparked a national controversy about power, resistance, and the gendered nature of capital punishment; two years later, Kentucky became the last state to outlaw public *** research positions the spectacle of Bethea’s execution in the broader political and social context of the 1920s and 30s to examine the state’s efforts to centralize power alongside the activism of African Americans who chipped away at Jim Crow. My work tracks the confluence of three forces prompting a significant change in capital punishment: the impact of women disrupting gender hierarchies, the increasing political power of Black Kentuckians in a border state, and politicians and other authorities attempting to shirk claims of lawlessness and backwardness. Together these elements reveal that, rather than a concession to national shaming of Kentucky, the banning of public hangings signaled the state’s grab for power during a moment of social fracture in the New Deal era. By examining the transition from public to private executions in a broader social and political context, my work challenges notions of “modernizing” the penal system and provides key context for contemporary debates about capital punishment.

摘要： This research aims to explore the comprehension of historical Korean archives authored by common literati. Numerous endeavors have been made to study Korean historical documents;however, the majority of these endeavors focus solely on royal documents. By comparing the distinct linguistic characteristics between royal and commoner languages, this study challenges the applicability of the royal language-centric approach to commoner documents. In particular, we investigate the feasibility and limitations of existing resources that share the same writing system (Hanja) as historical Korean documents for processing Korean common literati documents. Through our investigation, we propose a simple yet effective methodology that enables the utilization of Hanja-based language resources in processing Korean common literati documents: the removal of special characters. We demonstrate that aligning characteristics of Hanja-based resources allows considerable performance improvements. To the best of our knowledge, our study represents the first research endeavor to concentrate on the comprehension of common literati documents.
