摘要： 本研究探讨了生成式AI时代计算机专业毕业设计的教学改革路径,构建“政策―教育―技术”三维治理框架,以实现人机协同与学术伦理的双向赋能。试点实践表明,分阶段规范管理与教育引导能提升辅助环节的效率,限制核心环节中AI的介入,能有效增强学生的自主创新能力。尽管检测误判和技术依赖仍存,但通过动态政策迭代和跨学科协作优化检测算法,验证了“规范+教育+技术”策略在平衡AI赋能与学术诚信方面的有效性。

摘要： Introduction: Black swimming dots (BSDs) are a frequent concern for scientists performing cell culture experiments. Despite this, there is very limited literature on this phenomenon. There is one report of Achromobacter species as the causative organism of black swimming dots in cell culture. In this study, we have revealed a 16S ribosomal RNA (bacterial rrs gene) full gene-based confirmation of black swimming dots as Bradyrhizobium species in our cell culture experiments. Bradyrhizobium is primarily a soil-dwelling bacteria, carrying out nitrogen fixation in legume roots. Methodology: After inoculating the patient blood in L929 cell lines, DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) isolation was performed on the seventh day from the trypsinized L929 cells. The culture flask under the tissue culture inverted microscope showed small moving dots in the field. The DNA extracted from the infected cell culture was then subjected to conventional PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) with the three sets of pan-bacterial primers targeting the full-length 16S ribosomal RNA gene. Results: Our study reveals the contamination of mammalian cell culture with the black swimming dots caused by Bradyrhizobium species bacteria. Conclusion: The 16S rRNA full gene analysis revealed that the black swimming dots in our cell culture flasks were due to Bradyrhizobium species. This study further clarifies that the BSDs in cell culture caused due to Bradyrhizobium species could not be cleared by 10 mu g/ml concentration of both the antibiotics, piperacillin and ciprofloxacin.

摘要： Message queuing telemetry transport (MQTT) is widely used as a communication primitive in publish-subscribe-based IoT applications. However, the current MQTT standard does not support the privacy of IoT devices and users. Therefore, in this paper, we address the anonymous communications for MQTT-based IoT networks by tailored onion routing. To this end, we first introduce the concept of distributed IoT broker networks, in which a collection of IoT brokers are interconnected with each other. These brokers serve as onion routers. Then, we propose a generic anonymous messaging protocol (A-MQTT) for publish-subscribe-based IoT systems. Unlike typical anonymous communications, there are multiple destination IoT devices, called subscribers, in MQTT contexts. Hence, the privacy notions, such as traceable rate, device anonymity, and path anonymity, are redesigned. To illuminate the fundamental privacy issues, closed-form approximations for these privacy metrics are modeled. In addition, simulation results demonstrate that our A-MQTT significantly improves the security performance and that our proposed models closely approximate the various privacy performance. Furthermore, a proof-of-concept protocol is implemented on a Raspberry Pi 4 in order to show that the proposed A-MQTT can be deployed in an IoT environment.

摘要： This study investigates how a CS teacher's professional identity develops during the implementation of an AI curriculum in a rural middle school. Addressing teachers' challenges with limited AI training, it focuses on identity dimensions of participation, self-categorization, and confidence. Data sources include classroom video observations and teacher interviews, analyzed using content analysis and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). The study finds that modeling, collaboration, and self-reflection strategies increase teacher participation and confidence, supporting positive self-categorization as an independent AI educator. The findings highlight the importance of targeted support to foster teacher identity development and preparedness in AI-integrated K-12 STEM + C education.

摘要： Cancers are commonly characterized by a complex pathology encompassing genetic, microscopic and macroscopic features, which can be probed individually using imaging and omics technologies. Integrating these data to obtain a full understanding of pathology remains challenging. We introduce a method called deep latent variable path modelling, which combines the representational power of deep learning with the capacity of path modelling to identify relationships between interacting elements in a complex system. To evaluate the capabilities of deep latent variable path modelling, we initially trained a model to map dependencies between single-nucleotide variant, methylation profiles, microRNA sequencing, RNA sequencing and histological data using breast cancer data from The Cancer Genome Atlas. This method exhibited superior performance in mapping associations between data types compared with classical path modelling. We additionally performed successful applications of the model to stratify single-cell data, identify synthetic lethal interactions using CRISPR-Cas9 screens derived from cell lines and detect histologic-transcriptional associations using spatial transcriptomic data. Results from each of these data types can then be understood with reference to the same holistic model of illness.

摘要： The purpose of this cross-case analysis is to understand how mathematics and English Language Arts (ELA) educators integrated social justice (SJ)-oriented computer science (CS) instruction into middle school classrooms. An integrated curriculum synthesises content and methods from two or more fields to teach curricular concepts and solve complex problems. This research explores data collected as part of a research-practice partnership (RPP) to deepen the field's understanding of achieving this integration. Through co-designing and implementing instructional units that integrate social justice-oriented CS instruction, we uncovered important themes and patterns that make CS accessible to teachers across varying contexts. These themes encompass the demonstration of the teachers' (1) willingness to collaborate, (2) design of integrated experiential learning, and (3) adaptive expertise throughout the process. The study aims to highlight actionable conditions and factors for practitioners, teacher educators, and curriculum developers interested in adapting this work to create a justice-oriented integrated curriculum in their context. We meet this purpose by answering the research question: How do middle school teachers describe the co-learning and collaborative design process of integrating justice-oriented computer science instruction into mathematics and ELA classrooms?

摘要： A pinning control strategy for the local synchronization of drive-response Boolean networks is proposed in this article. A necessary and sufficient condition of the local synchronization is given, along with the maximum initial state set guaranteeing the synchronization. A procedure for determining pinning nodes with the minimum number and designing a state feedback for each pinning node, leading to a local synchronous drive-response Boolean network, is provided. Finally, a gene regulation network for the D. melanogaster segmentation polarity is elaborated to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.

摘要： The widespread adoption of emerging technologies, such as interconnected sensors and advanced automation systems, has led to rapid advancements in smart industrial environments. While industrial cyber-physical systems (ICPSs) bring efficiency and innovation to industrial processes, the security risks are also of great concern. The existing work provides many methods for data security and authentication for ICPSs. However, since the authentication status of ICPSs is changeable, the up-to-date methods can hardly meet the requirements for rapid authentication and secure data transmission. What's more, large-scale message revocation incurs significant communication and computational costs. This paper proposes a blockchain-assisted identity-based puncturable signcryption (BC-IBPSC) scheme for cloud and fog-hosted ICPSs. First, based on the concepts of puncturable encryption and signature, a novel identity-based puncturable signcryption method is presented to achieve efficient verifiable data encryption. Second, the blockchain is utilized to record all valid and punctured messages, to achieve evidence storage and traceability. The results of the analysis indicate that the scheme ensures security and operates efficiently. In addition, experiments show that the size of the signcrypted files does not affect the value of Gas consumption on the blockchain when uploading proofs.
