随着数据在市场营销领域中的作用日益凸显,知识图谱凭借对多源数据的高效整合与语义关联分析,正成为优化营销决策的重要工具。本文系统阐述了知识图谱的概念与构建流程,探讨了其在市场营销中的多项应用,结合典型案例,展示了知识图谱在精准营销与客户体验提升方面的价值与潜力。研究还指出,数据质量、隐私保护及技术实现等问题是知识图谱应用面临的主要挑战,提出了利用人工智能、区块链等技术加强知识图谱构建与管理、提升数据安全与隐私保护的对策。With the increasingly prominent role of data in the field of marketing, knowledge graph is becoming an important tool for optimising marketing decisions by virtue of efficient integration of multi-source data and semantic association analysis. This paper systematically expounds the concept and construction process of knowledge graph, discusses its application in marketing, and demonstrates the value and potential of knowledge graph in precision marketing and customer experience improvement based on typical cases. The study also points out that the problems of data quality, privacy protection and technical implementation are the main challenges faced by the application of knowledge graph, and the countermeasures of using artificial intelligence, blockchain and other technologies to strengthen the construction and management of knowledge graph and improve data security and privacy protection are proposed.
