This paper aims to delve into the effective analysis and practical application of financial risks in marketing activities based on accounting statements, to assist business managers in making wiser decisions and achieving stable development of the enterprise. By mining and interpreting key data in accounting statements, using ratio analysis methods, the significance of marketing activities to the financial status of the enterprise is described from multiple dimensions, including assisting in risk identification and early warning, enhancing internal communication and collaboration within the enterprise, and ensuring the financial stability and sustainable development of the enterprise. Examples are given to elaborate on the types and characteristics of financial risks that different marketing initiatives may trigger. Subsequently, targeted risk prevention and response strategies are proposed, including strengthening marketing budget management, enhancing cost control, rationally planning capital structure, establishing a risk early warning mechanism, and strengthening market research and competitive analysis. This provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to achieve precise control of financial risks and sustainable development in the process of marketing decision-making, aiding enterprises in achieving sustainable development.
