摘要： 在日益复杂的经济环境下,市政工程企业重视现金流量分析,提高资金使用效率是保证企业长久发展的关键。本文首先对现金流量概念及其结构进行了概述,随后根据市政工程企业工期长、资金周转慢的特点对市政工程企业进行现金流量分析的重要性及其主要内容进行了详细阐述,以期能够对我国市政工程企业的现金流量分析工作带来一定的启示。

摘要： 不同发展阶段企业的现金流动特点和差异非常明显,现金流量分析重点也不尽相同。例如在初创期可以重点分析现金可维持期限、筹资可维持期限、加速资金周转的现金贡献等指标;在成长期可重点分析现金自给率、折旧影响系数等指标;在成熟期企业可以重点分析利润含金量、新增流动资产含金量等指标;在衰退期可以重点分析经营还债期、债务偿还期、经营债务覆盖率等指标。从企业不同发展阶段角度出发,我们可以建立起一个全新的现金流量分析指标体系。

摘要： 资本结构理论是金融理论的根本，是现代公司财务管理的核心组成部分，国外资本结构理论的研究已经相对成熟和完善，取得了丰硕的学术成果，为现代公司在资本结构的优化，资金成本的控制，社会净收益的提高方面起到了风向标的作用。纵观国内外研究发现，房地产行业始终是经济学者们研究的热点行业，因此深入研究房地产行业上市公司的资本结构，具备显著的理论和现实意义，可丰富现有研究成果。\n 本文首先阐述了论文的选题背景、意义、研究方法以及研究内容，同时概括分析了资本结构和盈利能力理论以及国内外相关研究成果。此后根据有关财务数据，深入分析了房地产行业上市公司的资本结构以及盈利状况，归纳总结了房地产上市公司资本结构的特征以及面临的问题;最后，通过统计软件分析了房地产上市公司资本结构同盈利能力之间的关联性，分析过程中，选取常见的资产负债率作为资本结构指标，选取每股收益、销售毛利率、销售净利率、资产净利率、净资产收益率五个指标作为盈利能力指标，并对以上六个变量进行正态性检验，并根据检验结果进行相关分析。

摘要： The collapse of Soviet Union in early 1990s led to abandonment of large area of arable land which is assumed to act as a carbon (C) sink. We studied the ability of two dynamic soil C models (Yasso07 and RothC) to predict changes in soil C content after cropland abandonment. The performance of the models was compared using the results of a long-term experiment in Pushchino, Moscow region (54A degrees 50'N, 37A degrees 35'E) in Russia. The experiment was divided in four combinations of fertilizer or mowing treatments on former cropland soil. The soil C content was determined in the year of establishment (1980) and thereafter in 1999 and 2004. The soil C stocks increased by about 1.5- to 1.8-fold during the study period. Both models predicted the overall change in soil C relatively well (modelling efficiency of Yasso07 and RothC were 0.60 and 0.73, respectively). According to the models, the soil gained on average 140-150 g C m(-2) year(-1) during the first 5 years after conversion of cropland to grassland. The C sequestration rate decreased to 40-50 g C m(-2) year(-1) after 20 years of land use change. The sequestration rates estimated in this study are comparable to the rates observed in other studies.

摘要： The present research study was designed to find out comparative profitability of different mungbean varieties cultivated at experimental station National Agricultural Research Centre (NARC), Islamabad and thus recommend a higher profit earning variety towards pulses growing areas of the country. Primary data of crop management practices was collected by Pulses Programme, NARC, Islamabad. Pulses Programme, NARC, cultivated different mungbean varieties for experimental purpose to find out the comparatively best variety in terms of economic benefit. The results of the study were anticipated to provide basis for devising strategy to improve and sustain future mungbean production. The scope for increasing production through adopting drought resistance high yielding varieties and improved management practice seems to contribute significantly. The output-input ratios of AZRI-06, NM- 06 and NM-98 were 3.05, 2.79 and 2.41 with revenue crop day-1 acre-1 of Rs.451, Rs.368 and Rs.318, respectively. AZRI-06 variety showed higher profitability level with higher output-input ratio and revenue crop day-1 acre-1. Adopting improved technology in mungbean production would further increase the returns at the farm level. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

摘要： 在当前企业经营发展中,企业理财活动最终想要实现的结果所指的的就是企业财务管理的目标,其作为评价企业理财活动的标准,直接影响着企业的生存和发展,科学与合理的财务管理目标对企业发展与经营起到重要作用,关系到企业价值最大化的实现。本篇论文简单介绍了企业财务管理目标的概况,详细论述了企业财务管理目标的重要性,从而为确立财务管理在企业管理中的核心地位找到相应的解决对策,最终保证企业各项财务活动的开展和经营壮大。

摘要： 为了客观、科学地分析我国商业银行的盈利能力,本文基于因子分析法构建了一个商业银行盈利能力评价指标体系,通过对我国2012年21家商业银行的数据分析发现国有商业银行在资产管理方面与非国有商业银行,特别是股份制银行差距较大,但在资产规模、收入规模和资产质量上占据较大优势,从而盈利能力高于非国有银行。综合本文研究结果,作者认为非国有商业银行应借鉴国有银行在拓展业务,防范风险上的策略,从而提高收入规模和资产质量,进而增强盈利能力。

摘要： 本文指出了当前理论界对企业财务管理目标研究存在的误区,提出了一个评价企业财务管理目标是否合理的评价标准,即市场经济下具有中国特色的企业财务管理目标应具备的五个特征,运用该评价标准对目前具有典型代表意义的几个企业财务管理目标观点进行了评述,最后选定企业财务管理终极目标是比较科学的能够体现中国特色的企业财务管理目标。
