摘要： 5对《继电器》2008年第二期的《利用交流接触器实现三相异步电动机缺相保护的研究与应用》一文的可行性进行了分析,并通过实验验证了该文推荐的方案的不妥。从理论上定性分析了电动机在运行时,因电源缺相而引起故障相产生电压的原因,解释了接触器接在故障相时保持吸合的现象,进而提出了接触器在实际运行中不宜作为缺相保护元件的观点。

摘要： 问：因单位异步电动机漏电保护需要，采购了8只三相漏电断路器。其中，4只型号为DZ47LE，另4只型号为DZ15LED。按图1配接控制线路，交流接触器K型号为CJ20—25／380V，信号灯型号为ND1。在接触器没有接负载的情况下，按下SB2起动按钮，漏电开关立即动作跳闸（起动10次有8次跳闸）。

摘要： 针对10kV供电用户高压计量柜中电压互感器(PT)故障给计量装置和计费带来的重大危害和损失,重点讨论了在10配电网中性点不接地系统中导致电压互感器故障的各种原因,并对各种解决方法进行利弊分析,提出有效的改进措施。

摘要： 2008年10月24日，某供电公司按秋检计划对35kV理合变电站进行消缺，其中有一项任务是更换一只损坏的35kV电压互感器熔断器。工作班成员在检查该相电压互感器外观无异常后，遂把新的熔断器换上。当操作人员合上隔离开关后，还没走远，只听“啪”的一声爆响，35kV电压互感器熔断器炸成碎片落了一地（熔断器外壳为瓷质套管），幸好人员没有受伤。据检修工区职工讲，这种情况已发生过好几回了。

摘要： 从一起施工现场的断电事故讨论了变压器是否需要更换、变压器低压侧是否需更换更大的主开关、负荷对保护开关的要求等几个问题。并总结、提出了配电设备选用时应注意的一些事项,以供设计人员参考。

摘要： 跌落式熔断器是10kV配电线路分支线和配电变压器最常用的一种短路保护开关,它具有经济、操作方便、适应户外环境性强等特点,被广泛应用于10kV配电线路和配电变压器一次侧作为保护和进行设备投、切操作之用。它安装在10kV配电线路分支线上,可缩小停电范围,因其有一个明显的断开点,具备了隔离开关的功能,给检修段线路和设备创造了一个安全作业环境,增加了检修人员的安全感。

摘要： 在传统的教学方法中,教师讲、学生听是主要形式,整个教学过程是围绕教师展开的,教师是教学活动的中心。这种授课方式客观上限制了学生潜能的充分发挥,不能把学生放在应有的主体地位。对于实验课教学,虽然学生的主体作用发挥得比理论课教学好一些,但很多学生做实验还是很盲目,任务不明确,没有压力和动力。

摘要： The article offers advice on forming a reliable astable or monoastable multivibrator from a set/reset latch while minimizing the required number of standard digital integrated circuits. It illustrates and describes the connection of resistor-capacitor networks between the complementary outputs and set/reset inputs that enables astable operation. It indicates the variations in the threshold voltage and recommends its use on nonpolarized timing capacitors for both circuits.
