摘要： An interview with Heather Lamont, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) member and trustee and treasurer of the Crisis charity, about the effort of the charity to help single homeless people is presented. She relates her experience on her first shift as a volunteer at Crisis in Christmas of 1989. According to Lamont, the volunteer work is fun and stimulating. She mentions the effort of the charity to reach out to corporates.
