摘要： The smooth development of water conservancy project construction management is beneficial to ensure the smooth progress of the project construction, and can also provide guarantee for improving the safety of water conservancy project construction. However, the lack of construction management awareness of the current construction units and the inadequacy of the existing construction management system has caused the construction management level of water conservancy projects to stagnate. Based on this, the article mainly analyzes the strengthening measures of water conservancy project construction management, strengthening the construction quality management, and perfecting the existing construction management mechanism, so as to ensure the improvement of water conservancy project construction management level.
