摘要： La présente partie de l'ISO 6887 spécifie des règles pour la préparation des échantillons de viandes et produits à base de viande et leur mise en suspension en vue de l'examen microbiologique, lorsque ces échantillons nécessitent une préparation différente de la méthode décrite dans l'ISO 6887-1. L'ISO 6887-1 définit des règles générales pour la préparation de la suspension mère et des dilutions décimales en vue de l'examen *** présente partie de l'ISO 6887 décrit uniquement les méthodes de préparation applicables à plusieurs micro-organismes simultanément. Elle exclut les préparations ne s'appliquant qu'à la recherche et/ou au dénombrement d'un seul micro-organisme pour lequel la méthode de préparation est décrite dans la norme appropriée correspondante à ce *** présente partie de l'ISO 6887 est applicable aux viandes fraîches, crues et transformées et aux volailles et leurs produits suivants:- réfrigérés ou congelés;- salés ou fermentés;- hachés ou hachés menu;- aux produits de charcuterie;- aux plats cuisinés à base de viande ou aux plats à base de volaille;- aux viandes séchées et fumées à divers degrés de déshydratation;- aux extraits de viande concentré*** présente partie de l'ISO 6887 n'est pas applicable aux produits suivants dont l'examen microbiologique est décrit dans d'autres Normes internationales:- conserves;- autres produits (voir l'ISO 6887-4).

摘要： A fossil skull from China, dating to 55 million years ago, provides much needed evidence of early primates in Asia. Interpretation of the creature's eye size and activity pattern has given rise to debate among paleontologists. Eocene primates are well documented from sites in North America and Europe, but specimens from Asia have been scarce and fragmentary. That situation changes with the report by researchers X. Ni and others of a well-preserved partial primate skull, with lower jaws, from China. The authors allocate the fossil to a new species of the genus Teilhardina that was originally established for fragmentary material from Belgium.

摘要： Toll receptors are type I transmembrane proteins that play important roles in development and immunity in animals. Comparison of the genomes of mouse and human on one side and of the fruitfly Drosophila and the mosquito Anopheles (two dipteran insects) on the other, revealed that the four species possess a similar number of Toll receptors (similar to10). However, phylogenetic analyses indicate that the families of Toll receptors expanded independently in insects and mammals. We review recent results on these receptors, which point to differences in the activation and signaling between Tolls in insects and Toll-like receptors (TLRs) in mammals. Whereas mammalian TLRs appear to be solely dedicated to host-defense, insect Tolls may be predominantly linked to other functions, probably developmental.

摘要： 本文对引进的T、B和NK细胞联合免疫缺陷小鼠（BNX小鼠）的生物学特性及其在人胃癌（MKN-45）和SV40T转基因前列腺癌肿瘤动物模型建立中的应用进行了研究。 应用定期测定BNX小鼠的体重、统计繁殖指标，绘制生长曲线和检测BNX小鼠血液生理与生化指标等方法对BNX小鼠的生物学特性进行了探索，研究发现引进的BNX小鼠产仔性能强，平均产仔数为8.2±0.6只（纯合子4.0只），较易饲养，仔鼠成活率高可达99.3％，繁殖性能高于其背景品系C57BL／6小鼠；BNX小鼠的体重随周龄增加而增长，前18周增重快，后期增重较慢基本保持在平台期；公鼠的生长速度比母鼠快，尤其是在断奶的第一周公鼠与母鼠的体重差异高达5.1克；30周公鼠与母鼠的体重分别可达29.2±2.2克和25.4±1.8克。6周BNX小鼠淋巴细胞含量、总蛋白和白蛋白含量等与动物免疫机能相关的血液生理生化指标，BNX小鼠均显著地低于对照组裸小鼠，BNX小鼠的白细胞总数及淋巴细胞含量分别为（3.37±0.69）×10～9／L、26.4％，其中淋巴细胞含量比裸小鼠低40％，只及正常小鼠的三分之一，从生理生化指标这个侧面反映BNX小鼠的免疫缺陷程度要比正常小鼠和裸小鼠深。 本研究采用皮下移植与原位移植的方式，应用BNX小鼠，成功地建立了人胃癌（MKN-45）高转移肿瘤动物模型。BNX小鼠皮下移植瘤模型肿瘤的生长速度虽不及其对照组的裸小鼠和SCID小鼠，但其从肿瘤的成瘤率、转移率以及成瘤的一致性等综合指标考虑显著地优于后两者，尤其是在肿瘤转移率方面，BNX小鼠肺转移高达100％，合并89％的肝转移，肿瘤转移具有较好的靶向性；原位移植瘤模型BNX小鼠成瘤率也高达95.5％，其肺、肝、淋巴结、膈肿瘤转移率和腹水形成率分别为100.0％、76.2％、90.5％、28.6％、57.1％，均显著高于对照组裸小鼠。BNX小鼠人胃癌原位移植瘤模型比裸小鼠出现转移的时间早，转移率高，转移程度深，荷瘤鼠晚期出现全身衰竭及恶性病质，基本上重现了人胃癌的临床过程。本研究表明应用深度免疫缺陷小鼠可以提高人胃癌（MKN-45）肿瘤动物模型的转移率。 SV40T转基因前列腺癌FVB小鼠动物模型虽然可以为前列腺癌的病因学研究与治疗提供理想的动物模型，但该模型发病率早，繁殖力低下，保种困难，进而限制 其推广与应用。我们尝试用肿瘤皮下移植的方法将其移植到其背景品系FVB小鼠及 裸小鼠的皮下，但均未获得成功。本文应用BNx小鼠成功地建立了SV40T转基因前 列腺癌BNx小鼠皮下移植瘤模型，并成功地回输到裸小鼠及转基因小鼠背景品系一 FVB小鼠，进而解决了SV40T转基因前列腺癌的保种问题。经实验观察其平均成瘤 时间为n.5士2.6天，平均荷瘤寿命为66士5.7天，成率瘤可达100.0%。经PCR 检测，在该模型的皮下肿瘤、肝脏和肺脏检测到了SV40T基因，表明该肿瘤来源于 Sv40T转基因小鼠（FVB小鼠）且发生了肝和肺的转移，经病理学检查证实肿瘤发生了 肝脏转移。由于PCR方法灵敏度高，该模型是研究肿瘤微转移理论较理想的肿瘤动 物模型。
