非物质文化遗产是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,也是中华文明绵延传承的生动见证。大学生长期面临学业、就业的双重压力,容易出现各种心理问题,如何在生活与学习中寻找舒缓压力的途径显得尤为重要。近年来,众多高校将非遗文化与心理育人工作相融合,以期构建具有民族特色和时代特征的心理育人模式,不仅实现了文化的传承,更提升了大学生的心理素质。本文论述了非遗文化的基本内涵及其与心理健康教育的契合点,分析了当前高校心理健康教育体系存在的一些问题,阐明了非遗文化融入高校心理健康教育的实践路径及现实意义。研究表明,非遗元素的融入不仅能丰富心理健康教育的内涵,还能增强学生的文化认同感与心理韧性,具有重要的社会与文化价值。Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of China’s excellent traditional culture and a vivid witness to the continuous inheritance of Chinese civilization. College students face the dual pressure of academics and employment for a long time, and they are prone to various psychological problems. It is particularly important to find ways to relieve stress in life and study. Recently, many universities have integrated intangible cultural heritage with psychological education, in order to build a psychological education model with national characteristics and characteristics of The Times, which not only realizes cultural inheritance, but also improves the psychological quality of college students. This paper discusses the basic connotation of intangible cultural heritage and its fit with mental health education, analyzes some problems existing in the current mental health education system of colleges and universities, and clarifies the practical path and practical significance of integrating intangible cultural heritage into mental health education in colleges and universities. Research shows that the integration of intangible cultural heritage elements can not only enrich the connotation of mental health education, but also enhance students’ cultural identity and psychological resilience, which has important social and cultural values.
