摘要： Significant changes in the teaching-learning process have occurred since the appearance of the COVID-19 pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV 2 coronavirus, due to the limited mobility and closure of university education centers. In this context, essential challenges were presented for teachers and to finish the academic courses by addressing the programmatic;contents without undermining the learning quality. Likewise,en the teaching of upper-division undergraduate. subjects with a high academic load in laboratory practices represents a greater difficulty, since these competencies are acquired in the classroom teaching system. In this communication, the authors present the experiences, difficulties, and results obtained in the teaching of instrumental' analytical chemistry and its applications for biological samples analysis, focused on the access to technology, learning of practical;skills, and evaluation of student learning of a public university, in the context of COVID-19 disease.

摘要： An important consequence of the COVID-19 health crisis has been the suspension of face-to-face teaching activity in all teaching levels from mid-March of the academic year 2019-2020. In this sense, changes in Complutense University of Madrid toward an e-learning methodology have been made. In this work, we describe the adaptation to an online teaching model of two degree analytical chemistry courses: Pharmacy and Food Science and Technology. A mixed model has been performed for classes, using both online synchronous and asynchronous learning. The opinion of the students about this adaptation was evaluated. Although students preferred to carry out a face-to-face teaching and learning process, they found certain advantages in the online teaching modality, such as Save time and Schedule flexibility.

摘要： While project laboratories have become a staple in analytical chemistry courses, Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) has forced many universities to adopt an online instruction model, which raises challenges in creating quality content that matches the learning objectives of the course. Here we describe the transition of an inquiry-based project lab from a data-collection-focused experience into a statistical-analysis-driven one using a previously collected data set. Student opinions on the project were collected using a postproject feedback form, and instructors were surveyed for their observations. The major focus of this communication is a discussion of the common successes and challenges found in the staff and student feedback. Although we underestimated the personal struggles of individual students and the communication issues that occurred, overall our reimagination of the project was successful, especially in the adaptation of the course material and the resources developed for student success. For future iterations of this course, all of the lessons learned will be applied to both remote and in-person instruction where possible.

摘要： On Mar. 19, 2020, gentina's government decided to close academic institutions for an indefinite time in an attempt to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the University established that, when the quarantine ends, 5 weeks will be reserved for face-to-face activities that could not be carried out virtually (laboratory lessons and final exams), the main focus on the online activities was in the theoretical lessons. For the Instrumental Analytical Chemistry course both synchronous strategy such as questions and answer sessions and asynchronous communication such as Microsoft PowerPoint presentations with explicative audios, simulated assays, and assignments were adopted. A survey conducted with our students indicated that although synchronous lessons provided face-to-face interaction, the lack of good Internet connectivity was the main weakness of this strategy. On the other hand, asynchronous lessons did not require very high bandwidth networks and had the possibility of stopping the lesson and continuing it later. However, students' lack of interaction with their teachers was the main drawback of this type of communication. Most of the students pointed out that a blend of synchronous and asynchronous communication is more desirable for Instrumental Analytical Chemistry lessons than asynchronous or synchronous communication separately.

摘要： The use of synchronous remote teaching methods in two undergraduate analytical chemistry courses during the COVID-19 pandemic is described. Classes were convened using cloud-based video conferencing software, and the majority of class time involved students working in small groups on worksheets. All group activities were followed by a whole-class session in which students reported out and discussed the answers. Discussions allowed us to resolve differences in answers among the different groups, discuss interesting questions that arose in some of the groups during their discussion, and summarize the expected answers for questions on the worksheets. The incorporation of a group component into the final exam in one of the courses is described. Students indicated that they preferred the use of synchronous instruction to the asynchronous instruction that occurred in other courses. They also preferred having the opportunity to work in small groups. The active learning materials used in the two courses are available to instructors and students for free through the Analytical Sciences Digital Library. 'While class sizes in this report were small, the potential for using collaborative groups in larger classes is described.

摘要： 《分析化学》2019年度优秀论文评选结果揭晓。本次评选,是从2017年发表的288篇论文中,按照研究成果在同类研究工作中处于领先水平、曾获奖或得到同行认可,并经同行专家评议,且论文的被引频次、各数据库下载量等统计数据在同期发表论文中排名靠前等进行遴选,共评选出10篇优秀论文。

摘要： 通过微信建立实验前、实验中、实验后三个模块,辅助分析化学实验教学,拓展了实验教学的时间和空间,通过微信互动,拉近了师生间的距离,激发了学生实验的参与积极性和主体感。利用对比实验法,将实验班与对照班的实验成绩进行显著性分析。以实验“过氧化氢含量的测定”为例,实验班平均成绩(96.93),对照班平均成绩(86.73),t=5.819,P<0.01,比较差异具有统计学意义。

摘要： 目的探讨化学发光免疫法检测甲状腺激素及其抗体的应用效果,以便为临床诊治甲状腺疾病提供依据。方法抽取本院2019年1—7月收治的甲状腺激素及其抗体检测患者500例进行研究,均接受化学发光免疫法检测,根据结果分为正常组(n=220)、甲亢组(n=145)、甲减组(n=135),对三组检测结果进行比较。结果甲亢组FT3、FT4、TG-Ab、Tpo-Ab明显高于正常组,而TSH明显低于正常组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);甲减组FT3、FT4明显低于正常组,TSH、TG-Ab、Tpo-Ab明显高于正常组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化学发光免疫法检测应用在甲状腺激素及其抗体检测中,可为临床诊断甲状腺疾病提供较为可靠的依据,值得推广应用。

摘要： "新型化学电源"是高中化学的热点,也是电化学部分的重难点知识。实际学习时可从"一极、二式、三向、四变"来把握化学电源的重难点,即明晰电源的电极,正确书写电极反应式,准确判断移动方向,深入解析工作变化,下面结合实例加以剖析。一、极——明晰电极"一极",即明晰化学电源的电极,也是分析化学电源的首要内容,可以通过电极材料、电极反应类型、粒子移动方向等内容来确定电极名称。

摘要： 分析化学是四大化学基础课之一,很多非化学专业也将其作为必修或选修课程。通过对环境地下水(水工)专业大三本科生的分析化学限选课程的教学,对教学过程中存在的问题进行了总结,讨论了产生的原因,并做了相应的教学反思。
