摘要： 有机化学是一门以实验为基础的学科,因此,有机化学实验课程在学生学习有机化学的过程中起着不可替代的作用。新时代下,随着高等教育教学改革的不断深化,广大教师在教学过程中也面临着严峻的挑战。本文针对这些挑战,阐述了有机化学实验教学改革的必要性和提出了一些改革的意见,达到提高有机化学实验教学质量的目的。

摘要： 为强化医药类院校"药德教育"的教学效果,从课程思政角度探索"有机化学"课程教改新途径。通过讲授法、案例法、讨论法和小组协作法,将"药德教育"深刻融入教学内容中,并初显成效。实践结果表明,36.4%的学生对药业道德的认知水平有了非常明显的提高,83.5%的学生在课堂教学过程中感受到了化学人物故事传递的"药德精神"正能量。

摘要： 随着我国现代化高等教育水平的逐级提升,培养学生创新能力的教育模式也受到了社会中的广泛关注。基于此,文章从大学有机化学实验教学改革的创新性作用、穿透有机化学实验教学体系中的诸多问题、基于创新能力下的大学有机化学实验教学改革措施三个方面进行研究分析,通过实际工作经验与理论研究的相互结合,促进大学有机化学实验教学在未来的更好发展。

摘要： First commercialized in the second half of the 1990s as organosilica-entrapped lipases, sol-gel catalysts share several unique properties that make them ideally suited for process chemistry, namely synthetic organic chemistry in the fine chemicals industry. Is their application potential fully realized? What are the obstacles to their widespread uptake in the specialty and fine chemicals industry? Can they also be employed in visible-light photocatalysis? [GRAPHICS] .

摘要： The publication of the Hudlicky Perspective has inspired a number of critical responses from other chemists. The purpose of this article is to lay out an alternative case for an inclusive and student-focused culture in organic chemistry. First organic chemists argue for the importance of diversifying the chemistry community. They summarize how far the field still has to go to achieve equity for marginalized groups. Recognizing how difficult it is to change cultural norms, organic chemists outline actions that they, as individuals in positions to influence the direction of the organic chemistry community, should take. Social diversity, which is the focus of this article, runs the spectrum from race and gender identity, to nationality, sexual orientation, disability status, religious affiliation, and socioeconomic background. Each of the organic chemists reflects an intersection of a number of these identities. Equity is about the fair treatment and equal opportunity for success and advancement for all people, irrespective of their identities. Inclusion refers to an organization’s active efforts to invite and nurture the participation of its diverse members. Efforts to diversify the workforce in organic chemistry without ensuring equity and inclusion will not succeed.

摘要： The use of games in chemistry education is well-established and is known to have numerous benefits to participants. This contribution describes the student-led development of an introductory organic chemistry card game based on the classic party game Go Fish. The game has been designed to help students practice applying the rules of organic nomenclature, to recognize key functional groups, and to familiarize themselves with simple examples of reactivity of molecules containing these functional groups. The game was used as an organic chemistry revision activity at the end of a freshman introductory general chemistry module (that included a significant amount of introductory organic chemistry). Evaluation of the activity shows that students enjoyed playing the game, found it easy to play, and that they found it a useful learning experience.

摘要： Reorienting organic chemistry laboratories with an emphasis on systemic thinking can only be beneficial to students. Addressing the challenges of climate change and the development of renewable resources with a fundamental reaction, such as the hydrogenation of an alkene, will allow students to see organic chemistry as a science beneficial to society. For this purpose, a green organic laboratory experiment in which students performed solvent-free catalytic hydrogenation of beta- or alpha-pinene was developed. Using a homemade high- or low-pressure autoclave, solvent-free hydrogenation of beta- or alpha-pinene over Pd/C produced a mixture of cis- and trans-pinanes. The monitoring of the reaction by NMR, IR, and GC-MS allowed the students to be familiar with the isomerization of an alkene and the shift of an equilibrium according to Le Chatelier's principle. The filtration of the catalyst near the halftime of reaction and the continuation of the hydrogenation off catalyst allowed the students to confirm the heterogeneous nature of the hydrogenation.
