摘要： In this paper, a highly sensitive paper-based humidity sensor is designed and fabricated to overcome the typically low sensitivity and small quality factor of paper-based chipless RFID humidity sensors. A toroidal inductor-interdigitated electrodes (IDEs) capacitor is used as the resonator structure of the new sensor, and the structural parameters of the sensor are optimized using the software HFSS to improve the quality factor. Three paper-based sensor samples were fabricated via screen printing using regular printing paper, Kodak photo paper, and double-sided copper-coated paper as the substrate. In addition, the resonance characteristics, sensitivity, recovery characteristics, and other sensor parameters were tested. The results show that the sensitivity of the copper-coated-paper-based sensor is significantly better than the two other paper-based sensors. The simulation and test results of the moisture-sensitive characteristics are consistent for graphene oxide (GO) films, which were prepared using the spray method on the surface of the copper-coated-paper-based sensor with mass concentrations of 1 mg/mL, 2 mg/mL, and 5 mg/mL. This indicates that GO films can significantly improve sensor sensitivity when combined with paper-based moisture sensing. Furthermore, the sensitivity increases with increasing GO concentration, reaching 6.54 MHz/% RH for the 5 mg/mL GO sensor. The 1 mg/mL GO humidity sensor shows good recovery characteristics (90.9 % recovery). Based on the presence of hydrophilic functional groups in the GO material, a moisture sensing mechanism that GO could improve the sensitivity of the sensor is analyzed. © 2023, The Authors. 摘要： Implementation of a sustainable security architecture has been quite a challenging task with several technology deployed to achieve the feat. Automatic IDentification (Auto-ID) procedures exist to provide information about people, animals, goods and products in transit and found several applications in purchasing and distribution logistics, industries, manufacturing companies and material flow systems. This work focuses on the development and implementation of an access control system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to enhance a sustainable security architecture. The system controls access into a restricted area by granting access only to authorized persons, which incorporates the RFID hardware (RFID tags and readers and their antennas) and the software. The antenna are to be configured for a read range of about 1.5 m and TMBE kit reader module was used to test the RFID tags. The encoding and decoding process for the reading and writing to the tag as well as interfacing of the hardware and software was achieved through the use of a FissaiD RFID Reader Writer. The software that controls the whole system was designed using in Java Language. The database required for saving the necessary information, staff/guest was designed using appropriate DataBase Management System (DBMS). The system designed and implemented provide records of all accesses (check-in and check-out) made into the restricted area with time records. 摘要： PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to understand the applications of metaverse-related technologies in US urban libraries, explore excellent cases of US urban libraries' practices in using metaverse-related technologies to serve patrons and try to find the factor that may affect the application of metaverse-related technologies in libraries at this ***/methodology/approachTo gather information about how and whether libraries use metaverse-related technologies such as three-dimensional (3D) technology, radio frequency identification (RFID), virtual reality augmented reality (AR) and artificial intelligence (AI) in their services. Firstly, the authors visit 150 US urban library websites that are members of the Urban Libraries Council. Secondly, the authors calculate the proportion of services provided by urban libraries that use metaverse-related technologies and introduce outstanding cases. Lastly, the authors discuss the factors that influence the application of metaverse-related technologies in urban libraries in the United States based on data published by the Institute of Museum and Library ***-related technologies have been widely used in US urban libraries, but there are differences in the popularity of the applications of different technologies. In all, 84% of libraries use 3D technology, mainly in 3D printing services and 3D model building services;76% of libraries use virtual and augmented reality technologies in their services, mainly concentrated in head-mounted VR device experiences, AR device experiences, virtual tours and virtual exhibitions;62% of libraries use Internet of things (IoT) technology, mainly in self-checkout machines and book location services. However, AI technologies are less used in libraries, with 28% of libraries mentioning the applications of AI in their services, mainly focusing on intelligent search, virtual assistants and robot librarians. 摘要： 基于350 nm 2-poly 3-metal EEPROM工艺,设计了一种应用于低频无源RFID的低成本2 kbit EEPROM存储器。在保证存储容量能满足大多数使用场景的情况下,通过优化Dickson电荷泵和读出电路的结构,实现电路版图面积的最小化,从而对整体电路实现低成本设计。优化后的Dickson电荷泵能实现10μs内从3.3 V到16 V的稳定升压,且功耗为334μW;读出电路基于检测NCG器件阈值电压的方式实现存储逻辑值的判别,该方法不需要能提供高精度电流的基准电路和具有高增益的灵敏放大器,有效降低了整体电路的面积。低成本2 kbit EEPROM的工作电压为3.3 V,能实现32位并行输入和1位串行输出,芯片总面积仅为0.14 mm^(2),有效降低了低频无源RFID设计复杂度和制造成本。

摘要： 为实现电机的柔性自动装配功能,通过使用RFID技术实现多种类型工件的识别,设计一种电机柔性装配的自动控制系统。该系统由1500PLC、RFID、HMI人机界面和工业机器人等部分组成。PLC与机器人、RFID等单元进行通信,控制各单元对零件进行抓取、运输,通过阅读器扫描的信息,选择相应的装配任务。经生产实践表明:该系统能够满足多型号电机的自动装配,生产率高。

摘要： 为解决EPC振荡器的性能差和功耗高的问题,介绍一种EPC C1G2无源RFID电子标签芯片OSC的频率校准方法。基于伪锁相环的理论,利用UHF RFID阅读器下发指令帧头的特定字符作为时间基准,校准RFID标签芯片振荡器的工作频率,将振荡器的频率调整到目标频率,克服因半导体工艺误差引起的振荡器频率偏差,满足UHF RFID标签对振荡器频率偏差的要求。实验结果表明,芯片只需在出厂前进行一次频率校准,并把校准参数存储在芯片的非挥发存储器中,之后在芯片上电时只需从存储器中读取相应的频率校准参数进行设置,而无需再次校准。

摘要： 针对多数公交车依靠单一GPS定位,存在的信号丢失、延时等情况,以及公交预报站不准确的问题,文中设计一种基于RFID和GPS数据融合的公交车辆精准报站系统。该系统主要采用有源RFID技术和GPS卫星定位技术,以GD32F103微处理器为主控制器,以LTE Cat1为主要通信传输方式,设计RFID读卡基站和车载终端设备。通过在公交车上安装具有RFID无线通信和GPS定位功能的车载终端设备,在公交站台上安装RFID读卡基站的方式,将车辆定位数据采集上报至云服务器。云服务器软件采用B/S结构,通过数据融合算法对RFID和GPS定位数据进行互补矫正,计算RSSI距离和GPS数据,综合得到更精确的定位数据,并推送至智能公交电子站牌进行公交预报站。测试结果表明,所设计系统可以有效提高车辆进站报站的准确性和及时性,从而弥补单一GPS定位的不足,实现智能公交电子站牌的精准报站,提高乘客换乘衔接效率,提升公交出行的服务质量。

摘要： 为了提高RFID测温芯片在电缆实际工况中的实用性,文中提出了一种10 kV三芯电缆的温度反演计算方法。该方法基于标准IEC 60287和JB/T 10181建立电缆热路模型,并通过RFID芯片的测量温度反演计算电缆导体的温度。文中首先进行了电缆升流与测温实验,然后建立了有限元计算模型,并对实验结果、仿真计算结果和反演计算结果进行了对比校验分析。结果表明:RFID测温芯片的测量相对误差最大值在4.5%左右,其测量可靠性满足现场应用的精度要求。同时,反演计算方法的计算结果与有限元仿真法的计算结果相对误差在2%以内,与实验结果的最大相对误差约4%,满足现场应用的精度要求。因此,文中提出的温度反演计算方法可以有效地通过RFID测温芯片测得的铠装层温度对电缆导体温度进行反演计算。

摘要： 针对射频识别(RFID)三方认证协议存在的安全需求和资源开销难以折中的问题,提出一种基于PUF的高安全性轻量级RFID三方认证协议(PHL-RTAP)。PHL-RTAP协议利用物理不可克隆函数(PUF)实现对标签身份的安全认证,保护标签免受物理克隆攻击,同时降低了标签开销,满足资源受限的RFID系统的需求;采用二次剩余算法实现对阅读器身份的安全认证,保护阅读器的数据隐私;引入随机数抵抗重放攻击,同时保证了阅读器与标签的匿名性和不可追踪性。PHL-RTAP协议实现了服务器、阅读器和标签之间完整的三方认证,可以依据需求扩展RFID系统中阅读器和标签规模,使其适用于大规模标签的RFID系统。安全分析表明:PHL-RTAP协议能够有效抵抗追踪、重放、物理克隆和去同步化等多种恶意攻击,使用BAN逻辑分析法和AVISPA工具证明了协议的安全性。与近期协议的对比分析显示:PHL-RTAP协议弥补了同类RFID协议的安全缺陷,并且计算开销、通信开销和标签存储开销等资源开销都较低,在保证高安全性的同时实现了轻量级,适用于资源受限的RFID三方认证场景。
