摘要： Purpose A real-time production scheduling method for semiconductor back-end manufacturing process becomes increasingly important in industry 4.0. Semiconductor back-end manufacturing process is always accompanied by order splitting and merging; besides, in each stage of the process, there are always multiple machine groups that have different production capabilities and capacities. This paper studies a multi-agent based scheduling architecture for the radio frequency identification (RFID)-enabled semiconductor back-end shopfloor, which integrates not only manufacturing resources but also human factors. Design/methodology/approach The architecture includes a task management (TM) agent, a staff instruction (SI) agent, a task scheduling (TS) agent, an information management center (IMC), machine group (MG) agent and a production monitoring (PM) agent. Then, based on the architecture, the authors developed a scheduling method consisting of capability & capacity planning and machine configuration modules in the TS agent. Findings The authors used greedy policy to assign each order to the appropriate machine groups based on the real-time utilization ration of each MG in the capability & capacity (C&C) planning module, and used a partial swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to schedule each splitting job to the identified machine based on the C&C planning results. At last, we conducted a case study to demonstrate the proposed multi-agent based real-time production scheduling models and methods. Originality/value This paper proposes a multi-agent based real-time scheduling framework for semiconductor back-end industry. A C&C planning and a machine configuration algorithm are developed, respectively. The paper provides a feasible solution for semiconductor back-end manufacturing process to realize real-time scheduling.

摘要： RFID technology is evolving as one of the most popular technologies in this era of technology, fast gaining attention due to high demand from users and rapidly garnering interest in scientific and commercial areas. The frequency used will be determined by the RFID application, and the power rate will change as the frequency increases. Without a straight line of sight, the RFID tag antenna can identify distinct objects. For wearable applications, several RFID tag antennas are too big to match the chip impedance. In order to overcome that problem, a small tag RFID tag antenna for UHF is designed which aimed to be operated from 865 to 867 MHz for assembling production. Impedance matching is used to transforms the impedance of the radiating antenna, to match the chip impedance. To design and simulate the designed antenna, CST Microwave Studio software has been used in this project to get the desired result which is the return loss and gain. The design for this antenna is very simple to ease the fabrication process. Overall, the construction comprises a spiral-shaped loop RFID tag antenna printed on Roger substrate RO4350 with a height of 0.8 mm and a dielectric constant of 3.3. The simulation result of the reflection coefficient of the antenna is 866 MHz at the operating frequency.

摘要： RFID is not a new technology. It has been applied in various industries such as for wearable applications. Common RFID tags especially for those that have been designed and are available are not independent of the incident receiver angle. Numerous wearable antennas on the market are only designed for a certain received angle. For example, a wearable RFID antenna is used in medical as a pulse reading detector. If the patient makes any movement, the patient's pulse reading is no longer accurate or there may be no pulse reading. Hence, the purpose of this project is to design and RFID antennas using Frequency Selective Surface, FSS for wearable applications that are independent towards the incident angle and small in size. In this project, several antennas design with Frequency Selective Surface (FSS) is proposed. The design for this antenna is round, square, and hexagonal. This antenna has an operating frequency from 2.4 GHz to 5.8GHz, bandwidth efficiency > 50%, dielectric constant 1.30, independent incident angle up to 60 degrees, and has a high gain of around 2 to 3dB.

摘要： PurposeAssess the realistic impacts of implementing an Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)/Internet of Things (IoT) uniforms' distribution system for managing medical personnel's scrubs in operating rooms. The authors use a hybrid simulation framework to address the following objectives and challenges: a) reduce and control operating rooms' level of inventory;b) stabilize scrubs' demand and c) improve infection control and prevention of cross-contamination (through scrubs over manipulation and hoarding).Design/methodology/approachThe authors adopt a Design Science approach. This methodological approach is used to design, develop, create and evaluate information technology "artifacts" (e.g. constructs, models, methods and instantiations) intended to solve organizational problems and make research contributions (Peffers et al., 2007). More specifically, the authors follow the Design Science Research Methodology process model which includes six steps: problem identification and motivation, definition of the objectives for a solution, design and development, demonstration, evaluation, and *** assess the realistic impacts of implementing an RFID-IoT uniforms' distribution system for managing medical personnel's scrubs in operating rooms, the authors adopted a design science approach and initiated the research by documenting the business case and reviewed the existing literature to build a comparative analysis of existing uniforms' distribution systems. The authors used a hybrid simulation model to assess the impact of three business cases: present mode of operation, implementing smart shelves or the smart distributors. 摘要： The utilization of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has witnessed a substantial rise in recent years, and this upward trend is expected to continue in the coming years. It is often described as an industry-changing concept, which is why continuous improvements in the technique of object identification are still needed. These enhancements are related to security, speed, and reliability of communications. RFID is frequently used in areas where a large number of things must be identified. Therefore, some problems of frame collision when many tags are transmitting their data are presented by these systems. The research presented here thoroughly analyzes and evaluates existing tag reading approaches that offer low power consumption during identification. The outcome of this work is the proposal of energy-efficient anti-collision protocol, namely HT-EEAC. By assessing the energy consumed for HT-EEAC at checkpoints, we were able to increase throughput and reduce energy consumption in our protocol. The HT-EEAC approach for updating frame size aims to enhance the energy and throughput of the EPC C1 G2 UHF RFID standard. Performance comparisons demonstrate the advantages of the strategy we propose in terms of low energy consumption per identified tag, minimal collisions, and high throughput. 摘要： Security is one of the major factors taken into consideration in every step of a human being’s life. Lack of security has become a major issue in the current living world. With an accelerated increase in the number of single households, the chances of crime are also increasing. Especially for single female families, stranger visitors are known to cause major anxiety. Also, the rate of robberies and thefts in households, banks, stores, etc., have been increasing rapidly every single day. To ensure safety, a strong locking system that meets the requirements of a high-security system needs to be designed. A key-based locking system has become outdated as it can be broken easily. The electronic wireless locking system is not that safe as one might forget the password, or there is a chance of the password getting stolen by others while the password is being entered. The need for security can be met by making either electric or mechanical locks with one or a few keys, but locking a large area requires multiple locks. Today all applications are based on digital technology. So, in this paper, a three-level authentication locking system is proposed, which ensures a high-level of security, in which RFID technology for card detection, GSM technology for OTP generation and Web camera for Face recognition are being used for the unlocking process. The application is run by using Raspberry Pi, which acts as the control unit.

摘要： This research presents an efficient fruit monitoring and orchard management system using RFIP (Radio Frequency IDentification) technology. The new method is expected to replace the existing paper-based manual process. Each tree is attached with a DFID tag, and each fruit, mango in this research is attached with a RFID tag as well. An RFID reader was developed for scanning the RFID tags and sending the tree-fruit group data to a cloud database. The cloud server runs the process and inventory management. The RFID reader is multi-functional and it is used by the workers in carrying out tasks such as covering fruits with protective bags at the early stage, spraying, and plucking. In the cloud-based management system, the workers are efficiently assigned to these tasks. Each worker has a field device that shows the assigned tasks. When the tasks are accomplished, the status is updated in the cloud database. Using this system, each fruit is monitored from the initial covering state to the final plucking state including timely spraying of agro-chemicals. The manual process implemented at present leads to improperly timed spraying or non-spraying of the agrochemicals, leading to fungal spreading and infestations. In addition, the ad-hoc deployment of workers is another major problem that increases the cost of production. Failure to pluck at the right time is also a problem at present. These problems are stemmed from the paper-based recording method which itself is time-consuming and prone to errors. As a result, the price of fruit has gone up to a limit that is not affordable to the public. The fruit industry is also enduring challenges with the high cost of production caused by the inefficiencies and errors in the system. In this context, the proposed system will help monitor and manage fruit orchards efficiently leading to high-quality yield at a lower cost of production. 摘要： Magnetic field measurement including a temperature compensation is essential for a magnetic field sensor. This study investigates a magnetic surface acoustic wave (MSAW) sensor in a reflective delay line configuration with two acoustic propagation paths with and without magnetic field sensitive layer. The delay in path with sensitive layer leads to magnetic field detection and the one without enable temperature measurement and thus compensation for the first path. The developed sensor is based on a ZnO/LiNbO3 Y-cut (X-direction) layered structure as Love wave platform. Love wave as a shear wave being more favorable for magnetic detection. Co-Fe-B is considered as sensitive layer to detect magnetic field changes and is deposited on the top of ZnO, but only on one of the two paths. We combined an original configuration of connected IDTs with a high electromechanical coupling coefficient (K2) mode to improve the signal amplitude. The achieved sensor exhibits a high temperature and magnetic field sensitivity of -63 ppm/°C and -781 ppm/mT, respectively. The temperature compensation method for magnetic field measurement is demonstrated using a differential measurement by subtracting the delay times obtained for the two paths with and without the sensitive layer. Finally, The sensor exhibited good repeatability at various temperatures. Moreover, the device developed allows in addition to the multisensor functionality, the radio frequency identification (RFID) which is necessary for the deployment of sensor networks. 摘要： 传统档案库房管理存在档案移交工作和手续复杂,安全隐患高;档案保管人员缺乏管控手段,可追溯化程度低;档案存放次序易被打乱,查阅效率低等问题。用电脑和机器代替人工实现档案库房日常巡检、档案库房实体管理、档案实体定位等日常整理工作,提高档案库房的安全性和自动化,是实体档案库房管理的必然趋势。军工单位保密性强,普通的RFID技术应用不满足涉密环境的管控要求,本文针对涉密环境在确保满足国家秘密信息安全的前提下,应用RFID技术,进行档案库房智能管理系统建设方案的规划。并基于RFID技术,对自动盘库、档案实体实时定位、档案库房安全监控等原理及其设计实现进行论述,为实现军工涉密环境下RFID应用于档案库房智能化管理规划了较详细的建设思路和实施步骤。

摘要： 针对现有RFID认证协议中标签硬件成本及运算复杂度高、后台数据库检测效率低问题,提出适用于大规模RFID系统的认证协议。该协议要求标签利用矩阵乘法完成身份加密、基于位运算实现信息交互,解决了标签高复杂度运算和硬件成本问题;要求后台数据库对信息进行二次判定的预认证,解决了因对非法标签无效识别导致检测效率低问题。证明与分析结果显示,该协议性能好,可抵御多种攻击。实验结果表明,与现有协议相比,该协议提高标签运算效率,减少后台数据库无效识别次数,适用于大规模RFID系统。
