摘要： As an important pillar of social and economic growth, chemical enterprises have their own unique industrial characteristics, which makes chemical enterprises get attention and attention. However, in the process of oil refining and chemical process pipeline installation, because the selected process is not scientific and reasonable, and the quality inspection fails to meet the relevant standards, there are many problems in the process pipeline quality. Even in serious cases, it will have a serious impact on the subsequent use of the pipeline and threaten the safety of people's lives and property. In this case, we should pay attention to strengthen the management of chemical process pipeline construction, and focus on the strict control of pipeline installation quality, so as to improve the overall quality of pipeline safety and provide important guarantee for the development of chemical enterprises.

摘要： This article will revolve around the basic content of chemical process equipment were analyzed to discuss, this steam piping design key points, and puts forward a series of effective countermeasures, strengthening design quality to ensure process device can cope with the increasingly complex chemical reaction, ensure various production process in order to make the energy-saving, environmental protection and other characteristics of steam pipeline quality assurance, Promoting the steady development of the chemical industry.

摘要： 纵观各大行业,化工行业占据一定地位。对于化工行业而言,在企业发展中是重点内容,给予了节能减排一定的关注。在当前形势背景下,化工产品应对多项内容进行参考分析,这样才能将节能减排工作落到实处。依据不同环节对内容加以调整,确保效益最大化。文章指出化工工艺节能降耗技术价值作用,介绍了化工工艺节能降耗技术实际利用。

摘要： 聚丙烯是由丙烯聚合而制得的一种热塑性树脂,按甲基排列位置分为等规聚丙烯、无规聚丙烯和间规聚丙烯。聚丙烯作为一种合成材料,在生活中应用也越来越广泛。聚丙烯具有容易加工,稳定性高,环保性等特点。由于对聚丙烯的需求量越来越多,聚丙烯在生产生活中也变得越来越成熟,对聚丙烯加工的要求也越来越高,聚丙烯一般是白色的晶体状,放在水中,一般都不会变形。塑料袋,口罩的原材料都是聚丙烯,聚丙烯在各行各业应用中也越来越广泛。

摘要： 随着辽宁省经济发展稳步前行,各工业园区的工业企业的数量随之稳步增加,工业污水成分越来越复杂。为了使环境污染和生态破坏加剧趋势得到基本控制,要对工业污水进行综合整治。在工业园区建立公共污水处理厂,工业园区内污水经过预处理后集中处理,以解决工业污水的难处理及日益严重的水污染与水资源缺乏的问题。

摘要： 化工工艺属于系统性的工作,在实践的阶段中能源消耗需求量非常大,如何在实践阶段将节能降耗问题解决,提高化工工艺的效率以及质量是非常值得关注的一些问题。所以为了能够满足化工工艺节能降耗要求,本文立足于实际,在论述我国化工工业现状的同时对节能降耗技术措施在化工工艺中的重要性进行探讨,随后对常见的节能降耗技术探究,希望论述后可以给相关领域的研究者借鉴。
