本文以CNKI数据库为主要文献来源,通过关键词检索和主题检索,筛选了2015年至2024年间关于电商直播的学术文献,并特别关注了获得国家科学基金资助的文献,最终共收集到721篇文献作为研究数据。本文首先统计分析了电商直播研究文献的年度发文数量,结果显示从2015年起,国内对电商直播的研究兴趣逐渐上升,尤其在2020年后呈现出显著的增长势头。接着,利用CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱,涵盖作者间合作模式、研究机构间的网络联系及关键词共现情况等多个维度。分析发现,电商直播研究领域已经形成了以郭全中、丁志伟等为中心的高产作者合作群体,以及由中国人民大学新闻学院和北京师范大学新闻传播学院领导的一系列高产研究机构合作群体。此外,通过关键词共现关系图谱可以观察到该领域内的主流议题及其热点变化,例如直播电商、电商直播、直播带货等相关主题。借助关键词时间线分布图与突发词检测技术的应用,更进一步揭示了电商直播研究的发展历程及其关注点的变化趋势。Based on the CNKI database as the main source of literature, through keyword search and subject search, this paper screened the academic literature on e-commerce live broadcast from 2015 to 2024, and paid special attention to the literature funded by the National Science Foundation. A total of 721 articles were collected as research data. This paper first statistically analyzes the annual number of publications on e-commerce live broadcast research literature. The results show that since 2015, domestic research interest in e-commerce live broadcast has gradually increased, especially after 2020, it has shown a significant growth momentum. Then, CiteSpace software is used to draw a knowledge map, covering multiple dimensions such as the cooperation mode between authors, the network connection between research institutions and the co-occurrence of keywords. It is found that the research field of e-commerce live broadcasting has formed a cooperative group of high-yield authors centered on Guo Quanzhong and Ding Zhiwei, as well as a series of cooperative groups of high-yield research institutions led by the School of Journalism of Renmin University of China and the School of Journalism and Communication of Beijing Normal University. In addition, through the keyword co-occurrence relationship map, we can observe the mainstream issues and their hot spot changes in this field, such as live e-commerce, e-commerce live broadcast, live delivery and other related topics.
