Management is a combination of science and art. Seeking common sense of management is the basic guarantee to deal with the uncertain future of enterprises. In the process of continuously solving problems, scientific management methods have been accumulated. Of course, many paradoxes are often encountered in the management process, so a "gray" and the most appropriate processing method is also produced. The value of scientific management methods is derived in specific times. It is the problems that create methods. Under the premise of theoretical and practical guidance, the ways to solve problems can be flexible and changeable. Therefore, no matter from the nature of management or the application of management practice analysis art, it is particularly important and meaningful to always use certain strategies to view uncertain expectations at any time. Facing the changing enterprise problems with dialectical analysis, it emphasizes the cooperation between the individual and the whole to create a high degree of harmony between the whole and the individual.
