本文主要探讨了乡村振兴战略背景下农村电商发展的内涵、现状、面临的主要问题及其应对策略。通过分析农村电商在推动农村经济发展、拓宽农产品销售渠道、提升就业机会等方面的作用,指出农村电商在农村基础设施、物流配送、品牌建设和人才培养等方面的优势及挑战。针对当前农村电商存在的流通环节繁多、冷链物流薄弱、品牌化不足、人才短缺等问题,提出了包括建立数字物流链路、推动农产品精品化发展、开展多形式的人才培养及吸引电商人才下乡等对策建议。本文旨在为促进农村电商的可持续发展,推动乡村振兴战略的实施提供理论支持和实践指导。This paper primarily explores the connotations, current situation, major issues, and countermeasures for the development of rural e-commerce under the background of the rural revitalization strategy. By analyzing the role of rural e-commerce in promoting rural economic development, expanding agricultural product sales channels, and increasing employment opportunities, it highlights both the advantages and challenges of rural e-commerce in areas such as rural infrastructure, logistics, brand building, and talent development. In response to the current problems of rural e-commerce, such as multiple circulation links, weak cold chain logistics, lack of branding, and talent shortages, the paper proposes countermeasures including establishing a digital logistics network, promoting the boutique development of agricultural products, implementing various forms of talent cultivation, and attracting e-commerce professionals to work in rural areas. This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the sustainable development of rural e-commerce and advancing the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
