摘要： 对羟基苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶(HPPD)是近年来发现的开发除草剂新品种的作用靶标.HPPD抑制剂如已商品化的磺草酮、百思农等具有广谱的除草活性,用量低,残留低,环境相容好,使用安全,尚未发现有关其抗性的报道.另外,近几年来含吡啶类的农药的研究和开发也取得了令人鼓舞的进展,如已商品化的吡虫啉、吡蚜酮及R-768等.为了寻找新型的HPPD抑制剂和含吡啶类的具有生物活性的化合物,我们在前人工作的基础上,利用4H-3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮类化合物作为合成子设计并合成了四类新型结构的HPPD抑制剂11、12、21、22及四类新型的含吡啶类的喹唑啉酮化合物23、24、26和28.这些目标化合物及相关的中间体共134个新型含氮杂环化合物均经元素分析,<\'1>H NMR,部分经过LC/MSD或MS确证.这些新的含氮杂环化合物进行了生物活性的研究.初步生物活性测定结果表明化合物21和22,产生出强烈的HPPD抑制剂的特征-促使植物分生组织产生白化症状,最终死亡.化合物23和24有一定的杀菌活性.

摘要： The discovery and development of the o-iodoxybenzoic acid (IBX) reaction with certain unsaturated N-aryl amides (anilides) to form heterocycles are described. The application of the method to the synthesis of delta-lactams, cyclic urethanes, hydroxy amines, and amino sugars among other important building blocks and intermediates is detailed. In addition to the generality and scope of this cyclization reaction, this article describes a number of mechanistic investigations suggesting a single electron transfer from the anilide functionality to IBX and implicating a radical-based mechanism for the reaction.

摘要： A novel difused heterocyclic compounds containing 1,2,4 triazolopyrimidine and 1,2,4 triazolo 1,3,4 thiadiazoles are designed and synthesized based on the staring material 2 mercapto 5,7 dimethyl 1,2,4 triazolopyrimidine. All compounds synthesized are identified by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses. Preliminary bioassay indicates that some compounds display fungicidal activity to some extent. Further bioassay are on the way.

摘要： The paper reviews data on the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds with perfluoroalkyl groups based on the reaction of thiocyanate and isothiocyanate derivatives of perfluoroolefins with mononucleophilic reagents (C-, O-, S-, P-, and N-nucleophiles). It was shown that such derivatives are prospective synthons for the production of 1,3-thiazoles and 1,3-thiazolines. The factors affecting the formation of the heterocyclic system are identified.

摘要： This dissertation describes the study of novel aromatic heterocycles compared to their carbon analogs. In Part A, transition-metal complexes of anionic boron heterocycles were synthesized as potential homogeneous olefin polymerization catalysts. Two novel ansa-zirconium complexes of boratabenzene bridged by 1 or 2 carbons through boron were prepared: [ortho-phenylenebis(1-boratabenzene)]zirconium dichloride and [isobutylidenebis(1-boratabenzene)]zirconium dichloride. The structure of [isobutylidenebis(1-boratabenzene)]zirconium dichloride was determined by X-ray crystallography. The first synthesis of lithium 1,2-benzothiaborolide is described and the heterocycle was shown to be an electronic analog of indenyl. Lithium 1,2-benzothiaborolide was converted to Cp*Ru and Cp*ZrCl2 complexes, in which the ligand acts as a π-donor to the metals. In Part B, the first preparation of 1,2-thiarsole is described. The structural and spectroscopic data are consistent with 1,2-thiarsole being an aromatic compound. 1,2-Thiarsole was used to prepare Mn(CO)3 and Cr(CO) 3 complexes. The first synthesis of 1,2-benzothiaphosphole is described. The novel heterocycle could not be isolated but was detected spectroscopically in dilute solution.

摘要： 本文分别从β-(或γ-)吡啶甲酸、(＋)-反式菊酸及二氯菊酸出发，经酰化、异硫氰酸酯化，再与取代-2-氨基嘧啶发生亲核加成反应合成了18个未见文献报道的N’-(取代嘧啶-2-基)-N-β(或γ-)-吡啶甲酰硫脲(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)，5个未见文献报道的N’-(取代嘧啶-2-基)-N-(＋)-反式菊酰硫脲(Ⅴ)及5个未见文献报道的N’-(取代嘧啶-2-基)-N-二氯菊酰硫脲(Ⅵ)。用Br作氧化剂，将N’-(取代嘧啶-2-基)-N-β-(或γ-)吡啶甲酰硫脲(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)分别氧化环化得到14今未见文献报道的2-β-(或γ-)吡啶甲酰亚胺基-2H-1，2，4-噻二唑并[2，3-a]嘧啶(Ⅲ)、(Ⅳ)。采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析对这六个系列目标化合物进行了结构表征，并对其物理化学性质、波谱性质、反应条件、合成方法进行了较为系统的分析和讨论。目标化合物(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)、(Ⅲ)、(Ⅳ)、(Ⅴ)、(Ⅵ)的结构通式如下： 在国家南方农药创制中心上海基地生测部对(Ⅰ)～(Ⅳ)四个系列的目标化合物进行了除草活性的初步测试工作，对(Ⅴ)～(Ⅵ)两个系列的目标化合物进行除草、杀虫、杀菌三种活性的初步普筛工作。结果表明：(Ⅰ)～(Ⅳ)四个系列的部分目标化合物具有很高的除草活性，且对玉米较为安全;(Ⅴ)～(Ⅵ)两个系列的部分目标化合物兼具除草、杀虫、杀菌等多重功效。

摘要： The reaction of 1-(2-bromoethyl)-2,3-dihydro-3-propyl-1,3,2-benzodiazaphosphorin-4(1H)-one 2-oxide with carbon disulfide takes an alternative pathway in the use of different bases. The sodium hydride mediated reaction leads to the formation of the tricyclic fused 1,2,3,4,4a,4b,5,6-octahydro-6-oxo-5-propyl-4-thia-3,4b,4a-thiazphosphaphenanthridine 4a-oxide via addition of H-P bond across the double bond of carbon disulfide followed by intramolecular cyclization. In the presence of triethylamine, refluxing a mixture of 1-(2-bromoethyl)2,3-dihydro-3-propyl-1,3,2-benzodiazaphosphorin-4(1H)-one 2-oxide with carbon disulfide in benzene takes an unusual course with formation in excellent yield of the first example of fused phosphorus heterocyclic 4-[1'-(beta-bromoethyl)-4'-oxo-3'-propyl-1',2',3',4'-tetrahydro-1,3,2-benzodiazaphosphorin-2'-sulfide]-1,2,3,4,4a,4b,5,6-octahydro-6-oxo-5-propyl-3,4b, 4a-thiazphosphaphenanthridine 4a,2'-dioxide, which was confirmed by spectroscopic methods, microanalyses and single crystal X-ray structure determination.

摘要： Aphanorphine是从淡水蓝绿海藻中分离出来的海洋生物碱,该分子结构新颖且具有潜在的镇痛活性,其分子中具有A、B、C三个环和C1位、C4位两个手性中心,其中的苄位四级碳结构与具有很强生理活性的吗啡等相似.在该论文的第一章中,我们对外消旋目标分子及天然存在形式的(-)-aphanorphine分子的合成进行了研究.在第二章中,我们对具有刚性构象的尼古丁类似物的合成进行了研究.第三章中,我们研究了钯催化下碘杂环化合物的羰基化-酰胺化反应、羰基化-酯化反应和与末端炔烃的羰基化交叉偶联反应,为一步合成多官能团化合物开辟了新的途径,同时,得到的这些产物经过进一步官能团转化后,可以成为一些天然产物合成中的重要中间体化合物.第四章中,我们对乙炔基二茂铁的合成方法进行了改进,得到了一种极为方便经济的合成乙炔基二茂铁的方法.
