摘要:
Objective: To explore the influence of chitosan and sodium hyaluronate on intrauteric adhesion and complications of obstetrics. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 150 cases of induced abortion patients in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014. All of the patients were given conventional analgesia artificial abortion operation, and were divided into blank control group (50 cases) and chitosan group (50 cases), sodium hyaluronate group (50 cases) according to the preoperative treatment in different ways. After 6 months of follow-up, the duration of vaginal bleeding and menstruation time, and the incidence of uterine adhesion, thickness of endometrium 14 d days after operation, and the complications after operation was detected and compared. Results: In group of chitosan and sodium hyaluronate group, the time of duration of vaginal bleeding and menstruation, endometrial thickness and the incidence of complications after 14 d days of operation, postoperative adhesion were statistically significant differences compared with blank control group, the indicators in the chitosan and sodium hyaluronate group were superior to those of the control group (P<0.05), but the difference between the chitosan group and sodium hyaluronate group was not statistically significant, P > ***: Chitosan and sodium hyaluronate have good clinical effect in treatment of artificial abortion patients, which can effectively reduce the postoperative adhesion and a variety of complications.
