摘要： “马克思主义政治经济学”是经济学专业的核心课程。当前高校经济学专业的学生普遍更加偏好西方经济学理论,对马克思主义政治经济学的认同感不足。通过调查研究发现,造成这一现象的主要原因有三个:专业课被误认为是思想政治理论课、理论观点与西方主流经济学冲突和内容重复学习。针对上述问题,从调整课程定位、科学认识理论冲突、完善教学内容体系、强化政策研究能力培养等方面提出具体的教学改革建议,以提高学生的获得感和认同感。

摘要： 算法时代,算法应用加剧了思想政治教育的信息传播风险。从现实图景来看,随着人工智能技术的日臻成熟,智能算法正日益成为颠覆数字信息传播态势的全新技术架构。其对于个体数字信息环境的技术拟态已深刻影响了主流价值观念的有效传播与内涵表达。从表征逻辑来看,算法基于自身的权力属性、推送特质及本位逻辑消解了主流价值观念的价值引领性、传播公共性、信息权威性,进而引发了思想政治教育信息偏向化、弥散化、泛娱乐化的传播风险。要充分消解由智能算法引发的思想政治教育信息传播风险,必须坚持“破立并举”“软硬兼施”“攻守兼备”的综合治理逻辑,从廓清信息环境、涵育良性生态、强化算法治理等多个角度增强主流价值观念的话语感召力。

摘要： 文章探讨了智能时代视域下高校思想政治教育环境建设这一重要议题,阐述了其在当代所蕴含的多方面价值,涵盖了增强教育针对性、净化校园环境、壮大师资队伍以及培养时代新人等维度,剖析了在此过程中所面临的诸如主体能动性消解、数据误导、隐私安全受威胁以及教育方向迷失等潜在风险。进而提出了一系列切实的现实策略,包括搭建智能平台、严审数据质量、加固隐私防护、健全伦理准则等。旨在通过价值、风险、应对策略的研究,为智能时代下高校思想政治教育环境建设提供坚实的理论支撑与实践指导。The ideological and political education environment is an important external condition for the formation and development of the educational object. With the advent of the intelligent era, while bringing dividends to production and life, it also poses certain threats. This paper discusses the construction of the ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities under the vision of the intelligent era, elaborates on its multi-dimensional value in the contemporary era, including enhancing the pertinence of education, purifying the campus environment, strengthening the teaching staff, and cultivating new people of the times, and analyzes the potential risks such as the dissolution of subject agency, data misdirection, privacy security threats, and the loss of educational direction. It then proposes a series of practical and feasible strategies, including building an intelligent platform to activate classroom vitality, cleverly using intelligent facilities to create a trendy campus, equipping intelligent aids to help teachers develop, and constructing data mechanisms to provide a stable escort for ideological and political education. It aims to provide a solid theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of the ideological and political environment in colleges and universities under the intelligent era through the study of value, risk, and response strategies.

摘要： 2025年3月5日,国务院总理李强向第十四届全国人大三次会议作政府工作报告时提出,严守耕地红线,严格占补平衡管理。耕地是粮食生产的命根子,如何严格落实耕地保护制度,确保国家粮食安全?基于落实耕地“三位一体”保护的目标,应当从耕地数量保护、耕地质量保护和耕地生态保护三个维度,系统实现兼顾耕地“数量保护、质量建设与生态维护”的综合性保护。通过健全耕地数量、质量、生态“三位一体”保护制度体系,确保耕地数量不减少、质量有提升、生态功能稳定,牢牢守住18亿亩耕地红线。

Under the background of the new era, ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing new opportunities and challenges. Only by understanding the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and attaching importance to the problems existing in the field of ideological and political education can we better prescribe the right medicine and effectively guarantee the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. 摘要： 马克思主义与中华优秀传统文化相结合(简称“第二个相结合”)是习近平文化思想的重要内容,是中国共产党推进马克思主义中国化的重大理论成果,关系到国家的前途与命运。从历史维度来看,中国共产党自成立以来就自觉地进行理论探索和创新,积极推动马克思主义中国化、时代化,二者结合具有明确的历史依据和宝贵经验;从理论维度来看,马克思主义与中华优秀传统文化具有理论契合性,二者结合具有深厚的理论基础;从实践维度来看,推动二者深度融合,我们要巩固马克思主义的指导地位、积极探索创新马克思主义与中华优秀传统文化相结合的方法、加强文明交流互鉴和丰富人类文明新形态等。

摘要： 文化记忆作为民族精神基因与文明演进脉络的深层结构,与思政引领力形成多维度内在耦合。将文化记忆融入思想政治教育,能够从多个方面提升思政引领力:通过强化政治认同和凝聚社会共识,增强思想政治教育政治领导力;通过提供丰富的历史语境和价值坐标,提升思想政治教育思想指导力;通过激发情感共鸣和价值认同,增强思想政治教育文化感召力;通过塑造积极向上的理想人格和激发精神动力,激活思想政治教育精神驱动力。新时代背景下,以文化记忆提升思政引领力,应深挖整合文化资源,优化教育内容供给;善用文化记忆媒介,推动教育载体开发;融合文化符号表达,建设教育话语体系。
