中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高等教育肩负着为党育人、为国育才的重要使命。大学思想政治教育作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键环节,亟需在内容与形式上实现创新突破,以应对全球化与信息化背景下青年价值观多元化的挑战。红色教育资源承载着中国共产党百年奋斗的精神密码与历史记忆,是涵养大学生家国情怀、坚定理想信念的核心载体。本文以理论与实践结合为视角,系统解析红色教育资源的内涵特征、分类框架及其在思想政治教育中的多维功能,通过案例分析总结其在课堂教学、实践育人、数字化融合等场景中的具体运用模式。同时,针对当前红色教育资源开发中存在的形式化倾向、资源更新滞后、师资能力不足等问题,提出构建分层教育体系、强化师资培训、创新技术赋能等优化路径。研究旨在为深化红色文化传承、增强思想政治教育的时代性与感染力提供理论参考,助力培养具有历史自觉、政治定力与使命担当的新时代青年。In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, higher education shoulders the critical mission of nurturing talents for the Party and the nation. As a pivotal component in fulfilling the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation, ideological and political education in universities urgently requires innovative breakthroughs in content and methodology to address the challenges posed by the diversification of youth values under globalization and digitalization. Red educational resources, embedded with the spiritual code and historical memory of the Chinese Communist Party’s century-long struggle, serve as a core vehicle for cultivating students’ patriotism and reinforcing their ideological convictions. From a perspective integrating theory and practice, this paper systematically analyzes the conceptual connotation, categorical framework, and multidimensional functions of red educational resources in ideological and political education. Through case studies, it explores their application models in classroom teaching, practical education, and digital integration. Additionally, the study identifies current issues such as formalism in resource utilization, lagging resource updates, and insufficient teacher training capabilities. Corresponding optimization strategies are proposed, including constructing a tiered educational system, enhancing faculty development, and leveraging technological innovations.
