摘要： 随着5G网络的兴起，电磁辐射和干扰问题日益凸显，因此开发有效的电磁屏蔽材料尤为迫切。相较于传统金属基电磁屏蔽材料的高成本、高密度、难加工、易腐蚀等诸多限制，聚合物基电磁屏蔽复合材料具有低密度、耐腐蚀、易加工等优异的特性而备受关注。构建隔离结构、多孔结构、分层结构等异质结构，能够诱导导电填料的取向分布，使聚合物基电磁屏蔽复合材料在低填料含量下，获得高效的导电网络和优异的导电性能，从而提高其屏蔽性能。据此，本文综述了目前具有异质结构的聚合物基电磁屏蔽复合材料的研究进展，重点介绍了异质结构构建策略、制备技术及其对电磁屏蔽性能的影响，最后对具有异质结构的聚合物基电磁屏蔽复合材料的未来发展提出了展望。本研究对提升聚合物基电磁屏蔽复合材料性能及其在通信、智能穿戴、航空航天等领域应用的开拓都具备指导意义。

摘要： 对于壳聚糖的回收困难问题，通过引入磁性铁酸锌颗粒来构筑核壳结构的复合纳米颗粒。进一步引入两种不同的官能团，接枝到壳聚糖包覆的磁性铁酸锌/二氧化硅纳米颗粒上，制备出新型、高选择性、耐酸、可重复使用的两种功能化磁性壳聚糖基复合材料（ZSC-P和ZSC-D）。通过调节溶液pH、吸附时间、铀溶液初始浓度、吸附温度探究复合材料的吸附性能；通过动力学和热力学模型对复合材料的铀吸附过程进行研究。pH=4时，ZSC-P吸附容量达到122.16mg/g；pH=5时，ZSC-D吸附容量达到122.76mg/g。两种吸附材料的吸附过程均符合准二级动力学模型和Freundlich模型。ZSC-P和ZSC-D材料均展现出较好的对铀酰离子选择性吸附性能和再生性能。

摘要： 为了实现火力发电厂脱硫含高毒性Cr（Ⅵ）废水的去除，通过原位生长法制备了活性炭（AC）耦合富氮氮化碳(C3N5)复合光催化材料(C3N5/AC)，采用X射线衍射（XRD）、傅里叶红外光谱（FTIR）、X射线光电子能谱（XPS）、N2吸附脱附（BET）、紫外可见漫反射光谱（UV-vis DRS）、稳态荧光光谱（PL）和电化学交流阻抗谱（EIS）等手段对C3N5/AC的物相晶型、特征基团、元素组成、比表面积和孔隙孔径、光谱吸收和响应、光生载流子重组和电荷传质阻力等进行了详细的表征。AC的耦合有效提高了比表面积，AC耦合量为3%时比表面积达到了51.24 m2/g是纯C3N5的8倍。AC耦合后提高了可见光响应强度，实现了高效的光生载流子分离，有效降低了电荷传质阻力。K2Cr2O7模拟含Cr（Ⅵ）废水，评价C3N5/AC的光催化活性和稳定性。C3N5/AC表现出良好的Cr（Ⅵ）去除活性，AC耦合量3%的C3N5/AC可见光Cr（Ⅵ）去除率达到了92.46%，循环套用5次表现出良好的稳定性。酸性条件下，e-将Cr（Ⅵ）还原为Cr（Ⅲ），协同降解中亚甲基蓝（MB）作为牺牲剂少量投加消耗了·O2-、·OH和h+等活性基团，使得e-得到积累和更新，提高了光催化去除Cr（Ⅵ）活性，Cr（Ⅵ）去除率达到99.88%。

摘要： 面对西方国家对中国的贸易与科技的封锁与打击，开展国内外树脂基复合材料技术的专利竞争性分析具有重要的战略意义。本文利用Innography专利分析数据库，收集和整理了国内外树脂基复合材料专利数据，通过对树脂基复合材料专利的年度申请量、专利申请人所在国家和技术应用国、专利的IPC(International Patent Classification)分布、专利强度、专利竞争力、专利转让情况等的深度挖掘，研究了国内外树脂基复合材料专利技术的竞争态势，并将中国树脂基复合材料领域的发展趋势以及转让情况与其他国家进行了对比。研究表明，国内外树脂基复合材料专利的申请量飞速增加，相关技术以及应用水平提升很快，但是我国树脂基复合材料专利的专利权人以大学和研究机构为主，技术的转化率还比较低。据此，提出加强我国树脂基复合材料以企业为主体的技术研发、技术向高端产品和自动化水平发展的建议。

摘要： 针对滑石粉成本高、工艺复杂和钢渣产量大但利用率低的问题，采用超细立磨技术结合功能助剂，成功将钢渣加工为中位径(d50)分别为6.445 μm（600目）、5.775 μm（800目）和5.098 μm（1000目）的盾粉。通过熔融共混与热压冷压相结合的工艺实现用盾粉替代滑石粉制备盾粉/石塑复合材料。对其进行拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度测试，并通过XRD、SEM、FTIR和DSC进行表征分析。结果表明，盾粉的加入显著提升了石塑复合材料的力学性能。尤其是在6.445 μm、5.775 μm和5.098 μm盾粉替代滑石粉比例为50%时，与纯滑石粉/石塑复合材料相比，拉伸强度分别提高12.3%、33.2%和27.4%，弯曲强度分别提高11.7%、26.0%和17.6%，冲击强度分别提高33.3%、52.9%和32.8%。由于，5.775 μm盾粉因其粒径分布宽度最小（2.177），在石塑复合材料中分散性良好，显著提升了界面相容性，因此在提升石塑复合材料力学性能方面表现最为突出。此外，5.775 μm盾粉有效提高了熔融焓和结晶焓，分别为45.16 J·g-1和42.31 J·g-1，这有助于石塑复合材料形成更均匀的晶体结构，并促进成核和晶体生长，从而进一步提升了其力学性能。

摘要： 轻质6063铝合金具有一定的强度和耐蚀性使其在载流摩擦领域中得到广泛应用，但6063铝合金的载流摩擦性能难以满足服役需求，因此，亟待提升6063铝合金的载流摩擦磨损性能。本研究以颗粒(TiB2p)、纤维(Cf)和晶须(SiCw)作为增强相，通过放电等离子烧结（SPS）和热挤压工艺相结合分别制备了增强相体积分数为5 vol.%的TiB2p/6063Al、Cf/6063Al和SiCw/6063Al复合材料。重点研究了增强相类型对6063Al基复合材料载流摩擦磨损性能的影响，深入分析了复合材料的摩擦系数、磨损率、磨损表面形貌及磨损机制。结果表明，TiB2p和Cf在6063Al基体中分布较均匀，而SiCw在复合材料中存在团聚现象。其中，TiB2p/6063Al的硬度（68.38 HB）最高，较6063Al基体提升约11.55%；Cf/6063Al复合材料的致密度（99.41%）和导电率（48.4% IACS）最高。载流摩擦磨损试验结果表明，不同增强相的添加会使6063Al基复合材料的平均摩擦系数均有不同程度的降低，对磨损率、载流质量和磨损形貌均有不同的影响。对比三种增强相，Cf在提升6063Al的载流摩擦性能方面表现最为出色，磨损率大幅降低，载流摩擦系数稳定性和载流效率提高明显。Cf/6063Al复合材料的摩擦过程出现长时间的稳定摩擦滑动阶段，线磨损率(3.19 × 10–5mg/mm)最小，较6063Al基体减少32.27%；载流效率（66.61%）最高，较6063Al基体提升29.44%；同时，其微观磨损表面较平整，存在较少的金属熔融物，磨损机制以磨粒磨损和电弧侵蚀为主。此外，Cf/6063Al复合材料良好的导电率可能是Cf/6063Al复合材料载流摩擦系数较稳定和载流效率较高的原因之一。SiCw/6063Al复合材料的平均摩擦系数（0.235）最小，但其线磨损率较6063Al基体增加11.25%，载流质量也较差。TiB2p/6063Al复合材料的平均摩擦系数和线磨损率分别较6063Al基体减小8.85%和7.01%，其载流质量较差。

摘要： 三维编织复合材料管件在承力结构件中有广泛应用。纤维性能对其承载时变形和失效演化的影响机制是亟需解决的问题。本文探究了高模高强和高韧性两种纤维增强管件复合材料的失效行为，通过轴向压缩和三点弯曲试验，借助DIC技术，研究了不同纤维管件编织复合材料的力学性能。结果发现：高强高模管件更早发生变形分布变化，变形主要集中在发生剪切滑移的区域。高韧性管件较晚出现变形分布变化，变形逐渐集中到中间“鼓包”区域；高强高模管件的压缩和弯曲强度比高韧性管件分别高56%和50%；压缩和弯曲能量吸收比高韧性管件分别高20.9%和68%。这说明纤维的高强高模可以弥补其韧性差而导致吸能较少的弱点。本研究可为三维编织管件复合材料的设计提供理论指导。

摘要： High-performance thermoplastic composites have great potential for structural weight reduction because of their excellent performance in impact resistance and damage tolerance. Due to its weldability in processing, thermoplastic composites are recyclable and reusable, which is an important way to achieve the green development of aviation structure and contribute to the reduction of aviation carbon emissions. This work summarized the key technologies in the application of high performance thermoplastic composites such as prepregs technology, molding technology, welding technology as well as automation equipment and processing. The development status of thermoplastic composite structure researches for civil aircraft were reviewed. The main influencing factors, development trend and application prospective of these key technologies were analyzed. According to the characteristics of manufacturing process of thermoplastic composites, the applicable objects of different manufacturing processes were analyzed, and the suggestions for the process selections of thermoplastic composite main structures of civil aircraft was proposed. © 2024 Aeronautical Manufacturing Technology Magazine Office. 摘要： In the new situation, composites are widely used in the manufacture of high-performance aircraft structures, with the continuous improvement of the service range and service time of China’s new generation fighter aircraft, it is increasingly urgent to improve the reliability and service life of the body composite components. With the background of the unique application of automatic drilling and riveting technology in the field of military aviation maintenance, this paper studied the drilling characteristics of the layered damaged component, built and developed the drilling force curve prediction model and the damage interface recognition algorithm, realized the variable parameter drilling of the damaged component, and detailed characterization of the static/dynamic performance of the layered specimen before and after the damage repair. The reinforcement principle and damage repair tolerance of the drilling and riveting repair process are expounded. At the same time, the drilling and riveting process and high-precision robot in-situ drilling and riveting repair equipment for complex layered damage conditions of composite panels are developed, and a complete technical system and intelligent equipment for lamination damage drilling and riveting repair of composite panels are formed. © 2024 Aeronautical Manufacturing Technology Magazine Office. 摘要： Manufacturing defects in composite material structures and damage during service are inevitable, therefore, conducting research on composite material repair science and engineering technology is of great significance for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of advanced aviation aircraft throughout their entire life cycle. This article first elaborates on the connotation of composite material repair science and engineering technology;Secondly, the development direction of aviation composite material repair technology at home and abroad was sorted out, with a focus on analyzing the scientific and technical problems of advanced composite material repair theory, process, design, testing, and evaluation.
