摘要： 本文在分析新形势下国际贸易特点及调研外贸企业的基础上,重塑外贸人才核心素养,剖析高职院校外贸人才培养困境,并在人才培养改革中构建“五融合”模式,旨在为高职院校人才培养提供参考与借鉴。

摘要： 在全球化进程日益推进的形势下,数字经济凭借惊人的速度,已成为全球经济增长的核心驱动力。互联网、大数据和人工智能等新一代信息技术的蓬勃发展,正深刻改变全球产业格局和经济面貌,促使传统的国际贸易模式加速向数字化、智能化转型。当前,各国都在积极推进内部的数字化转型。同时,全球数字供应链的崛起,也促使国际贸易战略做出适应性调整和优化。面对市场环境的快速变化,跨国企业需主动拥抱数字经济的新潮流,积极调整自身,以满足数字时代贸易发展的新需求。基于此,本文主要对数字经济时代国际贸易发展新特征进行简要叙述,分析数字经济时代国际贸易转型发展的主要方向,探究数字经济时代国际贸易发展的困境,并以此为基准,提出数字经济时代国际贸易发展的出路,旨在推动国际贸易的转型,促进社会经济的高质量发展。

摘要： 本文以数字经济视角为切入点,探讨国际贸易专业人才培养的新要求与新挑战,并据此提出一系列培养方案。随着人工智能、大数据、区块链等新一代数字技术的快速发展,全球贸易模式正经历深刻变革,具备国际视野、创新思维、跨文化沟通等能力,已成为新时代国际贸易人才不可或缺的核心技能。然而,当前的人才培养体系尚存在一些不足,特别是在课程设置上缺乏数字经济时代的特色,实践教学环节也相对薄弱,难以培养出适应市场需求的新型国际贸易人才。为此,本文提出一系列改进措施。首先,明确培养目标,强化国际视野与创新能力培养。其次,完善课程体系,融入数字经济与前沿数字技术内容。再次,加强实践教学,通过校企合作、实习实训提升操作能力。最后,打造高水平师资队伍,构建特色实践实训体系,设立与数字经济时代相符的实训平台,让学生在模拟或真实环境中实践。这些举措旨在培养适应数字经济需求的国际贸易新人才,为全球贸易数字化转型贡献力量。

摘要： 在全球化背景下,随着人口老龄化的加剧和社会结构的变化,社会保障基金面临着越来越大的支付压力。为了确保基金的长期稳定增值并有效分散风险,参与国际金融市场进行多元化投资成为一种重要策略。本文分析了社保基金如何通过参与国际金融市场进行多元化投资,以分散风险并提高收益。具体讨论了境外债券、股票市场、不动产以及金融衍生品等多种投资渠道,并提出了基于宏观经济环境、政治稳定性、法律框架等因素的投资决策考量。同时,强调了建立科学的风险评估模型、设置止损点、动态调整仓位等风险管理措施的重要性。In the context of globalization, with the intensification of population aging and changes in social structure, social security funds are facing increasing payment pressure. In order to ensure the long-term stable appreciation of the fund and effectively diversify risks, it has become an important strategy to participate in the international financial market for diversification. This paper analyzes how the social security fund can diversify its investments by participating in the international financial market to diversify risks and improve returns. Specifically, various investment channels such as offshore bonds, stock markets, real estate, and financial derivatives are discussed, and investment decision-making considerations based on factors such as macroeconomic environment, political stability, and legal framework are proposed. At the same time, the importance of risk management measures such as establishing a scientific risk assessment model, setting stop loss points, and dynamically adjusting positions was emphasized.

摘要： 跨境电商作为国际贸易的重要形式,在全球化与数字化的推动下迅速发展,其相关研究对于行业实践与学术进步具有重要意义。本研究采用基于CiteSpace的知识图谱可视化分析、作者及机构合作分析等方法,全面梳理了跨境电商领域的研究进展。一方面,通过对关键词共现、聚类和突现分析,展现了跨境电商研究主题的演变轨迹、热点变化以及不同阶段的特点;另一方面,通过分析作者分布,探讨了学术合作网络的层级结构、复杂性以及机构间的合作模式。研究表明,跨境电商的研究呈现出多维度交织且动态发展的态势,作者与机构合作具有不同特点并发挥各自的作用。在此基础上,本文对未来研究进行了展望,提出了在理论构建中融合多学科视角、在实践应用中关注新兴技术的影响,以及加强作者与机构间的合作等方向,以期进一步深化跨境电商研究,推动行业的持续发展,并为国际贸易的进步贡献力量。Cross border e-commerce, as an important form of international trade, has rapidly developed under the promotion of globalization and digitization. Its related research is of great significance for industry practice and academic progress. This study comprehensively reviewed the research progress in the field of cross-border e-commerce using methods such as CiteSpace based knowledge graph visualization analysis and author institution collaboration analysis. On the one hand, through the analysis of keyword co-occurrence, clustering, and emergence, the evolution trajectory, hot topic changes, and characteristics of cross-border e-commerce research themes at different stages have been demonstrated;On the other hand, by analyzing the distribution of authors, the hierarchical structure, complexity, and inter institutional cooperation patterns of academic collaboration networks were explored. Research has shown that the study of cross-border e-commerce presents a multidimensional and dynamic development trend, and the collaboration between authors and institutions has different characteristics and plays their respective roles. On this basis, this article looks forward to future research and proposes directions such as integrating multidisciplinary perspectives in theoretical construction, paying attention to the impact of emerging technologies in practical applications, and strengthening cooperation between authors and institutions, in order to further deepen cross-border e-commerce research, promote the sustainable development of the industry, and contribute to the progress of international trade.

摘要： 专业教育与创业教育相结合是国际贸易专业课程建设的时代要求,课程建设的效果需要通过评价结果予以呈现。文章以国际贸易实务课程为例,建立以课程为基础的全过程多元评价体系,涵盖教师评价、教学系统/仿真平台评价、企业导师评价、学生自评、小组互评,创造性地引入主流外贸平台“粉丝评价/客户评价”,教学过程中定期向学生及家长开展评价反馈,通过“校-企-家”三维联动机制确保评价体系科学化、评价结果合理化,以期逐步提升学生的学习主动性及学习质量。

摘要： 在数字贸易蓬勃发展的背景下,数据本地化要求、复杂的知识产权保护规则、市场准入限制等数字贸易壁垒不断涌现,这些壁垒从限制市场准入、阻碍数据流动、引发知识产权纠纷等多方面,对国际贸易的规模、效率及多边合作造成负面影响。为应对挑战,本文建议需从政府和企业层面共同发力,政府应积极参与国际规则制定、完善国内法规并加强国际合作;企业需提升创新能力、优化运营策略,以此突破数字贸易壁垒,推动国际贸易在数字经济时代持续健康发展。Under the background of the vigorous development of digital trade, digital trade barriers such as data localization requirements, complicated intellectual property protection rules and market access restrictions are constantly emerging. These barriers have a negative impact on the scale, efficiency and multilateral cooperation of international trade in many aspects, such as restricting market access, hindering data flow and causing intellectual property disputes. In order to meet the challenge, this paper suggests that the government and enterprises should work together. The government should actively participate in the formulation of international rules, improve domestic laws and regulations and strengthen international cooperation. Enterprises should enhance their innovation ability and optimize their operation strategies, so as to break through the digital trade barriers and promote the sustained and healthy development of international trade in the digital economy era.
