摘要： 基于加速跑在百米短跑中的冲击视角,主要运用了文献资料法、逻辑分析法以及访谈法,明晰了加速跑在百米短跑中的重要性。通过训练身体核心力量、专项技能掌握、短跑理论基础训练方法、水训四肢协调能力和放松拉伸方法等结合起来使机体运动能力和水平达到最佳状态,创造出优异的运动成绩;但是目前大部分都是循环老套的训练方法,而且都是在陆地上的训练。因此,可以利用水的功能在水里训练也能科学熟练地掌握加速跑运动能力,并能够采取有效的方法和训练手段来提高百米短跑水平,也是非常有意义的价值体现。

摘要： 目的:观察电子生物反馈结合MOTOmed智能运动训练系统对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动能力的疗效。方法:随机将90例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为A组(电子生物反馈结合MOTOmed智能运动训练系统组)、B组(电子生物反馈组)和C组(MOTOmed智能运动训练系统组)各30例,分别进行分组治疗,治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评分量表(FMA)、改良Barthel指数评定(MBI)对下肢功能进行评价。结果:治疗后,三组患者的FMA、MBI评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且A组治疗后的FMA、MBI评分显著高于B、C组(P<0.01),B、C组患者的FMA、MBI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在脑卒中患者康复治疗中开展电子生物反馈结合MOTOmed智能运动训练系统能有效提高患者下肢运动能力,值得临床推广。

摘要： Early interventions have the potential to positively influence infant movement patterns and support optimal neurodevelopmental outcomes. This work developed and validated a noncontact, socially assistive infant-robot interaction system that aimed to use contingent reward learning and imitation to deliver effective early interventions that complement human-delivered therapy.

摘要： Introduction: Concussions are a commonly reported injury in youth and high school sports and much of the responsibility related to concussion identification and response for young athletes is allocated to sports coaches. This paper presents findings on concussion-related education, access to resources, experiences, and attitudes among a large number of youth and high school sports coaches across a variety of sports nationwide. Methodology: Data were collected among coaches who completed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) HEADS UP online concussion training pre-test between November 2016 and November 2017. Coaches' concussion -related education, access to resources, experiences, and attitudes were compared by age of athlete coached and level of contact of sport Medium and large effect sizes were considered of practical significance for interpretation. Results: During the study period, 187,801 youth sports or high school sports coaches completed the CDC HEADS UP online training and corresponding pre-test. Access to previous concussion training significantly varied among respondents by age of athlete coached. For example, 27.4% of coaches of athletes aged 5 and younger had taken previous training compared to 72.9% of coaches of athletes aged 14-18. About one-quarter (27.4%) of all coaches reported ever having had to pull an athlete out of a game because of a possible concussion and 19.5% reported access to an athletic trainer at all games and practices. These variables differed significantly among coaches by age of athletes coached;coaches of older athletes were more likely to report access to an athletic trainer and having had to pull an athlete out of a game compared to coaches of younger athletes. No statistical differences by level of contact were considered to be of practical significance based on effect size. 摘要： 本标准规定了电动上下肢圆周运动训练设备的术语和定义、分类、要求和试验方法。本标准适用于在医疗监护下使用，患者肢体末端沿定轴作圆周运动，带动单侧或双侧上肢和/或下肢的整个肢体进行综合运动训练，以增强运动障碍患者关节活动度和肌力的电动上下肢圆周运动训练设备。本标准不适用于：单一关节运动训练设备，包括指、腕、肘、肩、髋、膝、踝关节运动训练设备，以及多种单一关节运动训练功能的组合式设备；推、拉、举、蹬、踏等非圆周运动训练设备，即便设备的运动部件中可能存在转动的器件；仅提供主动训练的设备，包括提供声音、图像等反馈信息的主动训练设备；预期不用于医疗康复环境和运动障碍患者的设备，例如健身器械。

摘要： 运动损伤是现今运动员面临的重要难题,它不仅对运动员的生理产生影响,还对心理以及今后的运动训练产生不可逆的影响。因此本文通过文献资料法、调查法等研究方法,并通过实践经验对四川省羽毛球队主力队员的相关运动损伤访问统计,分析情况得出造成运动损伤的原因。希望能正确指导运动员在运动训练中加强自我保护,以避免运动损伤,提高运动训练效率、运动成绩及身体素质等各项指标。
