However, at present, it is facing multiple difficulties, including the obvious development trend of homogeneity and the deepening of information asymmetry, which lead to the imbalance of the rights and obligations of both parties to the contract. In order to deal with these difficulties, it is necessary to build a perfect legal allocation system strategy from the level of legal regulation. However, these strategies also face challenges in the implementation process, requiring accurate assessment of the strength of e-commerce, refining the fulfillment of prompt obligations, and considering the type of terms in the negative list. Therefore, in the process of legal regulation of standard terms of e-commerce contracts, it is necessary to constantly explore and improve relevant systems, and at the same time strengthen consumer education and cultivation of rights and interests protection consciousness, so as to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and promote the healthy development of e-commerce market.
