随着网络科技的飞速发展,以及全球经济一体化的进一步推进,跨境电商产业也开始迅速兴起,其市场规模不断扩大,用户群体持续增长。伴随着科技的持续发展和市场范围的不断拓宽,跨境电商在未来将展现出更为广阔的成长空间。然而,由于地域差异、文化差异以及法律法规的不同,跨境电商消费相较于境内电商消费而言具有更高的消费风险,这使得跨境电商消费者权益保护面临更为严峻的挑战。因此,本课题拟从分析当前跨境电商中的消费者权利保障现状入手,结合实际情况,对如何完善和完善跨境电商中的消费者权利进行了探讨,并给出了相应的对策和建议。With the rapid development of network technology and the further advancement of global economic integration, the cross-border e-commerce industry has also begun to rise rapidly, with its market scale expanding and user groups growing continuously.
