摘要： 本课题以具体工程为背景,通过对某框架厂房的脉动及机械设备简谐作用下的动力测试及自编的Ansys-APDL程序进行模态和谐响应分析,了解结构在设备激励下的频率及谐响应特性,理论分析和实际测试结果的对比得出一些结论,可为该类型的厂房设计提供些许参考。

摘要： 本文密切结合国家自然科学基金项目,以具有我国自主知识产权的高速并联机械手为对象,研究了一种基于机电耦合系统动力学模型的控制器设计方法,并据此搭建了基于ADAMS虚拟物理样机和Matlab/Simulink虚拟驱动器的联合仿真试验验证平台。取得如下成果: (1)根据转矩匹配原则,建立了一种可用于实时控制的机电耦合系统动力学模型。其中,采用虚功原理来推导机构子系统的动力学模型,而对伺服子系统的动力学模型则采用矢量控制原理来进行。在此基础上,以工作空间动平台轨迹的2-范数为目标函数,对PID控制器的定常参数进行了优化,得到初始的参数范围。 (2)考虑模型中电流与力矩的关系及驱动系统中参数对系统性能的影响,设计了一类基于该模型的计算扭矩控制器,从而提高了系统的快速响应能力。此外,考虑到并联机械手动力学模型的非线性和建模误差及外界扰动等不确定性因素,采用神经网络智能算法,对控制器中的比例、积分、微分增益环节进行实时调节,极大地提高了系统的鲁棒性。 (3)建立了基于虚拟样机技术的联合仿真平台,验证了上述机电耦合系统动力学的建模方法,以及所设计控制器的正确性和有效性。 上述研究成果不仅对高速并联机械手的数控开发具有一定的指导作用,而且还对其整机开发及其工业化应用奠定了坚实的基础。

摘要： 多体系统是常见的一种动力学系统。作为多体系统的一个典型代表，机械臂得到了广泛的应用，特别是在航天、海洋、机械制造等工业上的应用正日趋广泛。 本文以机械臂为研究对象，对机械臂的动力学特性进行了研究分析。应用第二类拉格朗日方程对普通机械臂进行了动力学的建模，并研究了流体作用下的机械臂的动力学模型，考虑了虚拟质量、流体阻力等因素对机械臂的影响。对机械臂在典型路径下的运动进行仿真，并对结果进行分析和比较。在应用第二类拉格朗日方程推导机械臂的动力学模型时，使用MATLAB软件的符号运算完成了动力学方程组的推导工作。 柔性多体动力学是最近20年里兴起的学科，而柔性机械臂正是柔性多体动力学的典型代表。同时，随着机械臂的轻型化、高速化的需要，特别是用于空间环境的空间机器人的发展需要，使得机械臂工程成为推动多柔体系统动力学发展的一个重要工程领域。本文利用模态展开法和凯恩方程建立了空间柔性机械臂的动力学模型，给出了空间柔性机械臂的动力学方程组。在给定运动条件下，对其进行了仿真，分析了柔性机械臂的动力学特性。
