摘要： A silicone-contained biphenol type monomer, 4,4′-(1,3-dipropyl- tetramethyldisiloxane)bis-2-methoxyphenol(SIE), was used to modify phenolic novolac resin by being copolymerized with phenol and formaldehyde to yield SIE-modified phenolic resins (SPNs). The curing behavior of SPNs with hexamethyleneteramine (HMTA) was analyzed by DSC tests, and the non-isothermal curing kinetics were analyzed using the model-fitting and model-free isoconversional methods. Then, SPN/HMTA was used as the resin matrix, while surface-treated chopped sisal fiber was used as the reinforced filler to produce the silicon modified phenolic molding composites (SIEC). The finished composites expressed improved mechanical and thermal resistance properties compared with unmodified composites. © 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要： The mechanical properties, including wrinkling patterns and fracture behavior, of monolayer h-BN sheets have been investigated using classic molecular dynamics simulations and continuum model. The wrinkling pattern formation and evolution have been first explored. The dependences of the wrinkling shape, amplitude, and wavelength, as well as wrinkling number on shear displacement are extensively elucidated. The influences of geometry and shear load direction, as well as temperature, on the fracture behavior have also been studied to obtain further insights into the properties of the monolayer h-BN sheets. 摘要： With heightened global competition, many manufacturers export as a process by which to increase sales and expand into new markets. South Korean manufacturers export in order to expand outside of a small domestic market, but confront the constraints of many exporters (especially smaller firms), including access to market intelligence and geographically distant prospective customers. This article examines efforts by machine tool manufacturers to minimize the friction of distance involved with exporting through the use of international trade fairs. Analytical emphases are placed on the influence of individual export destinations and on the role of firm size vis-a-vis firm export intensities and overall export strategies and motivations.

摘要： A free-floating space redundant robotic manipulator dynamics model is established and the dynamics equation is derived, the delayed feedback control time and the self-adaptive gain coefficient are obtained by substituting into delayed feedback control equations. Then simulated dynamics control chaotic motion of the space redundant robotic manipulator, the simulation results show that the chaotic motion of the space redundant robotic manipulator becomes the periodic motion by dynamics control, therefore it is effective that dynamics control as the space redundant robotic manipulator chaotic motion control. © 2014 IFSA Publishing, S. 摘要： 蓄电池是农用动力机械的重要构成部分,在使用中常出现这样那样的故障。本文对活性物质脱落、极板硫化、极板短路、蓄电池自行放电、极桩烧蚀断裂、封口胶破裂、单格上盖"下陷"、外壳及上盖裂缝等农用动力机械蓄电池常见的故障及排除方法进行了比较详细的介绍。

摘要： 微小型救援机器人机械手的运动平稳性是微小型救援机器人救援工作顺利进行的前提与保证。针对微小型救援机器人机械手的运动平稳性,采用拉格朗日动力学方法对微小型救援机器人机械手建立了动力学模型,并通过ADAMS软件进行动力学仿真,从而完成微小型救援机器人机械手的动力学分析。仿真结果表明,微小型救援机器人机械手运动无剧烈振动现象。通过实例分析,微小型救援机器人机械手运动过程中的最大振动幅值为0.47mm,保证了机械手的运动平稳性,同时验证了该机构的设计合理性。此方法还可推广到其他救援机器人的平稳性研究,有良好的应用前景。

摘要： 定子永磁式双机械端口电机（简称SPM-DMP电机）是一种基于双机械端口结构的新型永磁电机。由于其有两个机械端口，应用在混合动力汽车（简称HEV）的关键部件——混合动力耦合系统中，可将内燃机（简称ICE）的能量与电能很好的合成在一起，使得内燃机工作在最佳燃油曲线上，从而达到节能减排的目的。\n 本文首先分析了HEV的研究现状，并对电磁式混合动力耦合系统的国内外研究现状进行了简述，并分析了其技术难点与发展趋势。在此基础上提出了本课题的SPM-DMP电机，分析了该电机的工作原理、混合动力耦合原理;在双凸极永磁电机的基础上建立了该电机的数学模型。\n 然后分析了电机及驱动控制系统的可靠性问题。以本课题的SPM-DMP电机为研究对象，基于Ansoft软件平台分析了电机在开路与短路故障下的静态电磁特性;在基于场-路耦合法的Simplorer-Maxwell仿真模型中分析了电机故障状态下的动态特性，仿真结果表明该电机具有良好的容错性能。为进一步提高电机运行的可靠性，本文提出了电机在两种故障下的容错控制策略。\n 以TMS320F28335DSP为控制核心设计了SPM-DMP电机的驱动控制系统。系统的硬件电路设计主要由内电机、外电机电枢电流检测电路、内转子与中间转子的位置信号检测电路、信号调理电路、光耦隔离电路与综合保护电路等组成。并在CCS3.3开发环境下设计了SPM-DMP电机的软件控制系统，为SPM-DMP电机驱动控制系统的实验验证提供了硬件和软件基础。\n 最后基于一台SPM-DMP原理验证样机进行了实验研究。主要包括电机的自然发电特性实验，内电机、外电机的启动、调速实验。最后在模拟混合动力耦合的基础上研究了常见的工况实验，包括纯电动工况实验、加减速工况实验、上下坡工况实验等，最后进行了容错实验。实验结果不仅表明SPM-DMP电机具有良好的性能，而且应用于混合动力耦合场合是可行性的。

摘要： 农用动力机械启动方式极为重要。本文就勿加冷却水启动柴油机、勿加机油启动柴油机、启动时勿将油门放在最大位置、勿拖拉启动、溜坡勿启动柴油机、勿用明火预热空气等方面进行了有益的探讨。

摘要： 为准确描述液压挖掘机机械臂动力学模型,根据柔性多体动力学理论,采用模态函数描述臂架的弹性变形,利用LAGRANGE定理和虚功原理建立挖掘机臂架系统刚柔耦合的非线性动力学方程。对已建立的动力学方程利用MATLAB进行数值求解,运用仿真软件ADAMS及NASTRAN建立液压挖掘机机械臂刚柔耦合模型并进行仿真分析,通过对比二者结果表明动力学方程建模方法的正确性,运用数值求解方法进行模态计算和动力学响应分析,求解相关几何参数的一阶固有频率灵敏度,分析了影响机械臂动力学特性的主要模态参数,为进一步研究其结构优化及运动精度控制提供依据。

摘要： 针对动力锂电池组生产线中需将装配完的电池组搬运到指定地点的要求,开发研制了一种搬运机械手。主要介绍了该机械手移动机构和抓取机构两大部分的结构组成,然后通过动力学计算对驱动电机进行选型。最后,从机械手系统的精确移动定位考虑提出了一种闭环控制系统。实验表明该机械手系统运行稳定可靠,已经应用于生产线的转运工位中。
