摘要： Background: Recent studies have reported an increase in Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) incidence in young children, highlighting the need to better understand risk factors for the development of IBD. Licensed for use in infants in 2006, the oral, live-attenuated rotavirus vaccine has biologic plausibility for instigating inflammation of the gut mucosa as a pathway to immune dysregulation. Methods: Over a ten-year period, we evaluated incidence of IBD within a cohort of children under the age of ten, enrolled in seven integrated healthcare delivery systems. We conducted a nested case-control study to evaluate the association between rotavirus vaccination and IBD using conditional logistic regression. Cases were confirmed via medical record review and matched to non-IBD controls on date of birth, sex, and study site. Results: Among 2.4 million children under the age of 10 years, 333 cases of IBD were identified with onset between 2007 and 2016. The crude incidence of IBD increased slightly over the study period (p-value for trend = 0.046). Of the 333 cases, 227 (68%) were born prior to 2007. Forty-two cases born in 2007 or later, with continuous enrollment since birth were included in the case-control study and matched to 210 controls. The adjusted odds ratio for any rotavirus vaccination in IBD cases, compared to matched controls, was 0.72 (95% confidence interval 0.19-2.65). Conclusions: Data from this large pediatric cohort demonstrate a small overall increase in IBD incidence in young children over a ten-year period. 摘要： 结合研究的需要重点分析痔瘘熏洗方治疗肛肠疾病的常见并发症的疗效以及应用价值。方法:选取2019年10月到2020年12月我院收治的90例肛肠疾病患者进行研究,随机分成对照组和观察组,针对对照组实施温水熏洗治疗,对观察组实施痔瘘熏洗方。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率要明显优于对照组, P值小于0.05。结论:治疗肛肠疾病的相关环节,极有可能在术后有一定程度的并发症或者不良反应,在此状况之下需要切实应用痔瘘熏洗方进行治疗,以此提高其治疗总有效率和临床疗效,有效规避或者降低并发症的发生概率,所以该方法在临床实践中值得推广和应用。

摘要： 分析对比中西医外科治疗肛肠疾病的优势。方法:本次实验研究时间为2019年10月—2020年10月,整体研究样本数量为84人,均为本院肛肠科患者,通过随机分组的方式分为对照组和实验组进行对照研究,每组分为42人。其中对照组中的患者主要通过西医治疗,实验组则是中西结合的方式展开治疗,整个实验过程中所有患者的治疗效果以及相关数据信息等都要实时记录,便于比较分析。结果:针对两组最终的治疗效果进行比较,数据显示实验组治愈率较高,为 ,高于另一组 ,通过结果比较显示具有统计学差异。通过治疗,两组的疼痛症状有所缓解,其中实验组的效果更好,患者疼痛有明显缓解,结果比较显示具有统计学差异。结论:通过中西结合的方式来对肛肠疾病进行治疗,各方面的效果显示非常好,不仅治疗效果更优,还可以缓解患者的疼痛,是一种有效的治疗方案,可以在临床中应用试验。

摘要： 目的探讨艾滋病合并肛肠疾病患者围术期应用综合护理干预的效果。方法随机选取2016年1月—2019年1月,广州市第八人民医院接受手术治疗的艾滋病合并肛肠疾病患者60例为研究对象,所有患者给予围术期综合护理干预,观察比较干预前后患者心理状态、并发症情况以及干预后患者生活质量。结果干预后,患者SDS、SAS评分均低于干预前;生活质量各维度、总体健康评分均高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,并发症总发生率为6.67%,患者围术期未出现尿潴留及下肢深静脉血栓等严重并发症。结论艾滋病合并肛肠疾病患者围术期应用综合护理干预有利于改善其不良心理状态,减少围术期相关并发症,对于加快病情缓解,减轻其身心痛苦,提升其生活质量有重要意义,值得临床推广应用。

摘要： 目的探讨综合护理对肛肠疾病患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年10月我院收治的116例行肛肠疾病手术的患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,观察两组的护理效果。结果术后36 h,两组VAS评分均高于术后24 h,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后48、72 h,两组VAS评分均低于术后36 h,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理3 d后,两组的SAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间和创口愈合时间短于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度及护理后SF-36各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在肛肠疾病术后患者中的应用效果显著,能有效减轻术后疼痛度,降低不良反应发生率,缩短创面愈合时间,提高护理满意度及生活质量。

摘要： 瞬时受体电位香草酸受体1(TRPV1)是瞬时受体电位(TRP)离子通道家族中的一员,研究表明该受体在胃肠疾病中尤其是在炎性疼痛、内脏疼痛以及癌症疼痛介导的疾病中起到重要的调控作用。近年来中药的活性成分作为治疗胃肠疾病的药物被广泛研究,其中不乏探究中药对TRPV1通道的调控以期作为一个新的治疗靶点应用到胃肠疾病的治疗中。本文就调控TRPV1信号通路作为治疗靶点的中药与胃肠疾病的相关研究进展作一综述。

摘要： 目的:探讨揿针联合穴位敷贴在缓解肛肠疾病术后疼痛方面的护理效果。方法:将2018年1月—2019年1月间在我科接受诊治的70例肛肠术后疼痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例;对照组采用常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上对症选穴进行揿针联合穴位敷贴治疗,连续干预5天;比较两组患者术前、术后第1天、术后第5天VAS评分,术后止痛时间以及患者护理满意度。结果:观察组术后第1天、术后第5天VAS评分及术后止痛时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用揿针联合穴位敷贴能有效降低肛肠疾病患者术后疼痛程度,缩短术后疼痛时间,提高患者满意度,值得临床实施推广。
