摘要： 罗平黄山羊是全国农产品地理标志,辖区内年出栏肉羊500只以上规模养殖场达60个。在养殖过程中,由于受到各种因素干扰,使得羔羊出现一系列疾病,给养殖者造成很大困扰,有可能还会造成严重的经济损失。羔羊生长期胃肠疾病为多见常发病之一。重视此类疾病的防控管理,对提高养殖效益,控制养殖防病成本意义重大。

摘要： 目的分析中药坐浴治疗肛肠疾病术后疼痛的效果。方法方便选取2017年1月—2020年12月在该院行肛肠科术后的94例患者为研究对象,依据抽签法随机分为两组,其中对照组患者47例,观察组患者47例。应用高锰酸钾坐浴治疗的患者设为对照组,观察组予以中药坐浴治疗,以患者临床疗效、创面情况、并发症、生活质量为主要评价指标。结果观察组总有效率(97.87%)高于对照组(82.98%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.424,P<0.05);观察组治疗后创面疼痛、创面水肿、创面分泌物评分分别为(1.12±0.30)分、(0.89±0.14)分、(0.77±0.17)分,均低于对照组的(2.76±0.51)分、(1.54±0.36)分、(1.41±0.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t=19.002、11.537、12.410,P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率(4.26%)低于对照组(21.28%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.114,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、一般健康状况评分分别为(70.73±4.84)分、(66.68±4.54)分、(66.68±4.78)分、(75.51±4.64)分,显著高于对照组的(61.95±4.62)分、(60.73±4.45)分、(61.42±4.63)分、(69.84±4.15)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.996、6.417、5.419、6.244,P<0.05)。结论肛肠疾病术后应用中药坐浴的效果显著,不仅可以减少创面分泌物,减轻疼痛与水肿,还可以减少并发症的发生,值得临床推荐应用。

摘要： 肛门手术后的伤口是开放性的创伤,疼痛和炎症是术后常见的伤口情况。由于肛门的特殊性和生理环境,手术中伤口感染的机会明显高于其他伤口。有效缓解肛门手术伤口感染,缩短术后炎症反应,是缓解肛门手术局部症状提高愈合的重要途径,中药配合肛肠熏洗治疗仪的治疗方法能很好地解决这一问题。

摘要： 目的:分析医院肛肠疾病患者术后感染病原菌的分布及其耐药情况。方法:选取鄱阳县人民医院2018年11月—2020年10月收治的行肛肠手术术后感染患者116例病例,分析患者术后切口部位分泌物细菌培养、鉴定和药敏试验结果及其耐药特点。结果:116例患者切口部位分泌物中,分离出病原菌129株,其中革兰阴性菌90株(占69.77%,以大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、肠杆菌属为主)、革兰阳性菌35株(占27.13%,以表皮葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌为主)和真菌4株(占3.10%);药敏结果发现,3种主要革兰阴性菌对亚胺培南的耐药率均为0.00%,对阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星、头孢吡肟的耐药率均较低,而对青霉素、氨苄西林的耐药率较高;3种主要革兰阳性菌对替考拉宁、万古霉素、利奈唑胺的耐药率均为0.00%,表皮葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药率高达100.00%,其对氨苄西林、克林霉素的耐药率较高;粪肠球菌对克林霉素、利福平耐药率较高;金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素耐药率为100.00%,对左氧氟沙星、氨苄西林耐药率均为71.43%。结论:医院肛肠疾病患者术后感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,在治疗时应根据药敏试验结果使用敏感率高的抗菌药物治疗,以确保其疗效和术后的康复。

摘要： 目的探讨10年间空回肠疾病患者的疾病谱变迁情况。方法回顾性收集2011年1月至2020年12月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九四○医院消化内科行小肠镜检查且住院患者的临床资料,依据5年为一时间节点,患者分为A组(2011—2015年,n=61)和B组(2016—2020年,n=176)。分析10年间空回肠疾病的疾病谱变迁情况。结果(1)空回肠疾病中,回肠疾病最多,为138例(58.38%),空肠疾病99例(41.77%);以男性较多,男179例(75.53%),女58例(24.47%),男女比为4.09∶1。(2)空回肠疾病疾病谱前3位依次为溃疡62例(26.16%),非特异性炎症50例(21.10%),憩室35例(14.77%);空肠的前5位疾病谱依次为空肠炎22例(22.22%),恶性肿瘤15例(15.15%),空肠溃疡14例(14.14%),空肠毛细血管扩张症9例(9.09%),空肠间质瘤7例(7.07%);回肠的前5位疾病谱依次为回肠溃疡48例(34.78%),回肠憩室29例(21.01%),回肠炎28例(20.29%),回肠毛细血管扩张症10例(7.25%),回肠毛细血管畸形5例(3.62%);(3)与A组相比,B组男性比例高(χ^(2)=14.640,P<0.01),B组空回肠疾病患者的增长趋势更加明显。结论10年间空回肠疾病总趋势仍呈现增长趋势,且不同性别的患病情况需要引起临床关注。

摘要： Purpose/Objective(s) Pelvic radiation therapy (XRT) is an integral part of treatment for many patients with gynecologic malignancies to help decrease the risk of morbid recurrences and allow for organ preservation as an alternative to radical surgery. Historically, providers have been reluctant to offer pelvic XRT to inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients due to concerns over increased acute and late toxicities of treatment based on limited historical data, precluding many patients from receiving optimal therapy. This retrospective study investigated the use of pelvic XRT in patients with gynecologic cancers and IBD treated in the modern era to assess toxicity and efficacy. Materials/Methods Patients with IBD and a gynecologic malignancy receiving pelvic XRT or chemo-XRT between January 2014 and June 2020 were included. Data abstracted included diagnosis, stage, XRT technique/dose, use of concurrent chemotherapy, and acute and late CTCAE v4.0 toxicity scores. Statistics were performed using statistical software. Results Six patients with IBD and FIGO stage I-III or recurrent cancer of the gynecological tract who received definitive or adjuvant XRT to the pelvis were identified. Median follow-up was 29 months (range 6-66 months). Four patients (66%) had Crohn's Disease and two (33%) had ulcerative colitis. Primary disease locations were uterus (2), vulva (1), vagina (2), and cervix (1). Four patients received concurrent platinum-based chemotherapy with pelvic XRT. Pelvic XRT was delivered using IMRT/VMAT in all patients with doses of 45-57.6 Gy in 25-32 fractions. 100% of patients completed treatment without treatment breaks. No patients received treatment for active IBD during XRT, but most (83%) were on loperamide at baseline. No patients experienced any acute 3 or greater toxicity; most common toxicities reported during treatment were grade 1-2 fatigue (100%), grade 1 diarrhea (50%), grade 1 nausea (66%), and grade 1-2 dermatitis (66%).
