摘要： 危险与可操作性(HAZOP)研究是以系统工程为基础的一种可用于定性分析或定量评价的危险性评价方法，用于探明生产装置和工艺过程中的危险及其原因，寻求必要对策。通过分析生产运行过程中工艺状态参数的变动，操作控制中可能出现的偏差，以及这些变动与偏差对系统的影响及可能导致的后果，找出出现变动或偏差的原因，明确装置或系统内及生产过程中存在的主要危险、危害因素，并针对变动与偏差的后果提出应采取的措施。

摘要： Based on systematically analyzing the procedure of hazard and operability (HAZOP) study, the author introduces a method of modeling fault diagnosis with the Petri net with fuzzy colors, in which the fuzzy information can be represented effectively in the process of analysis. The author proposes the architecture of a knowledge base, which integrates HAZOP analysis and fault diagnosis, and provides the conditions for constructing the knowledge-based expert system. The author also presents a method of knowledge representation for on-line HAZOP analysis and on-line fault diagnosis is presented based on the technology of Petri net with fuzzy colors, which establishes a technological fundamental for integrating the automatic HAZOP analysis and fault diagnosis.

摘要： The paper deals with risk analysis and management in the realisation of process plants by engineering and contracting companies. Specifically, a new analytical methodology is developed to manage the typical risks of plant commissioning. Following a detailed study of the commissioning process and its criticalities, Hazop is selected as the most suitable approach in forecasting particular risks of this project stage. Starting from the limitations of both Hazop and Human Hazop (the extension of the technique to the field of procedures performed by humans), a new technique (Multilevel Hazop) is suggested which identifies in advance all the criticalities of each commissioning activity and defines actions to reduce risk and optimise dedicated resources. After implementation of Multilevel Hazop in a real commissioning process, a new version of the technique (Two Stage Multilevel Hazop) is proposed. This allows a significant reduction in implementation costs, justifying use of the technique both in innovative or critical cases, where the expected saving from risk reduction is high, and in general contexts. 摘要： The paper details the integration of a method for the analysis of interlock systems with a software support system for HAZOP analysis. The proposed software aims to enhance the potential of HAZOP in terms of depth and efficiency of the analysis. This enhancement is reached through the continuation of the hazard and operability analysis, limited to a group of events which may hold high risks for the plant and/or surrounding environment. The analysis technique of the emergency interlock systems and other plant protection measures proposed by the Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS) of the American Institution of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) has been assumed as a starting point. The system carries out interactively HAZOP analysis of a plant and identifies the presence of possible interlock actions through the analysis of the plant P & I diagram and then visualises the individual interlock systems starting the design phase in which it is possible to analyse and change interactively the single interlocks systems, in order to obtain the required reliability. 摘要： Process safety, occupational health and environmental issues are ever increasing in importance in response to heightening public concerns and the resultant tightening of regulations. The process industries are addressing these concerns with a systematic and thorough process hazards analysis (PHA) of their new, as well as existing facilities. Given the enormous amounts of time, effort and money involved in performing the PHA reviews, there exists considerable incentive for automating the process hazards analysis of chemical process plants. In this paper, we review the progress in this area over the past few years. We also discuss the progress that has been made in our laboratory on the industrial application of intelligent systems for operating procedure synthesis and HAZOP analysis. Recent advances in this area have promising implications for process hazards analysis, inherently safer design, operator training and real-time fault diagnosis. 摘要： A support system for the hazard and operabilty studies of batch processes is presented. The search of causes and consequences is automatically performed using similar qualitative models, in form of logic minitrees, for the phases of the operation procedure and the equipment units. More models are considered for the equipment units, one for each subtask in wich they are involved. The search algorithm is integrated by rules for subdividing the plant to be analysed in nodes.
